TRAVELODGE WEST BROMWICH

First time staying at this Travelodge, well very impressed. Good location, easy to find, cheap parking, good size room, clean , modern and comfortable. Excellent bar and restaurant, great menu choice, very friendly staff, shubs, Babs and rif.

I recently stayed at the West Bromwich Travelodge and was truly impressed by the outstanding service from three incredible team members — Shubs, Babs, and Rif. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable.

The room was really nice, a lovely clean hotel and Babs and Jo from Reception & the Hotel were super helpful and friendly.

Room is exactly what we need, comfy beds, clean, tidy and plenty of space. Staff have all been friendly and accomodating especially Leanne who has gone above and beyond catering to our every need from the moment we stepped into reception. Her kind personality and welcoming smile made us feel very at home along with explanations of timings for food and location of our room. Leanne also made our stay feel more personal by asking us about our day, how are travel was and our plans for our stay whicu made it feel as if the receptionist was a friend 10/10 great customer service.

Overall we had very good relaxing stay here. Its very quiet location, although next close to shopping and transport facilities. It was very clean and quiet and cosy, my wanted to stay one more day but because of time limits we couldnt, defintetly we will visit again.

Rooms are clean and modern, staff are very friendly, highly recommended, great location for all the amenities etc. food is of a good quality Babs did her self proud this evening with the sizzling chicken. Will definitely visit again.
