The place you misrepresented to me most certainly left a lot to be desired.
Not one to judge a book by it's cover, I gave the place the benefit of the doubt by doing a thorough walk throughout and immediately registered my displeasure in person to the owner and manager. They directed me to contact you for my refund which I did but You've not responded to my demand for a full refund, despite the fact that I had to book another package at Sadlebrook Resort.
I'm on my way back to Toronto and trusting you'll have this resolved by the time my flight lands in Canada.
Not-with-standing, the major inconvenience and stress as a result of this gross misrepresentation and incompetence, I would advised you to govern yourself accordingly.
