Great Home in Austin's Wells Branch Neighborhood!

This house is cute and cozy...very high end rugged/rustic furnishings. Nice leather sofa and comfy beds. fast wifi. Loaded Roku. Great access to Mopac of I35 and right near the downtown train! Love it! You won't be able to beat this house both for price, comfort or extras. The parks in the neighborhood are some of Austin's best and there are hike and bike trails throughout the neighborhood. You are in a great spot to get to the Domain or the Round Rock Outlet malls. and Downtown is a straight shot by car or by Metro Rail. The house is all yours while you are here...closets are empty, fridge is either empty or fair game, enjoy the pool table in the garage or hang out in the back yard and shoot some hoops. You'll never see us. We will email or text you the address and your own 4 digit door code that unlocks the doors. This neighborhood has the best parks and trails in Austin and its a great location for getting around Austin! Super close to the Austin Metro Rail for getting downtown! We do a good basic cleaning before each guest and occasional deep cleaning (under furniture, in cabinets, under rugs, on fans etc etc). If you would like to make sure the property has been deep cleaned before your trip please let us know at least a week ahead of time so we can arrange it. We would ask for an additional $79 cleaning fee for the white glove cleaning service. Regardless, we ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible. We do allow pets but please let us know at the time of booking whether your pet sheds, pees, or chews.
