Bush walks begin at the bottom of the garden or you can drive up to the beautiful Kapiti coast or over to the Wairarapa. The city with its museums, art galleries, cafes, retail experiences is a short train or bus ride away, There are also local shops and supermarkets. You can relax in the peaceful surroundings or be as busy as you wish.

The location was quite pleasant and well located, it took me around 20mins to get into Lower Hutt for work but the very first thing I noticed when entering was the smell. It smelled very musky, like the windows hadn't been opened for a bit. It was also quite dusty atop the fridge, the lights, etc so the first thing I did after unpacking was some dusting. Other than that, the flat was warm and bed was comfortable so what more can you ask for? There also was flyers for figuring out what public transport to use to get around which I thought was a nice touch. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with

PEACEFUL VIEWS & QUIET
We stayed here as last minute Booking- excellent place to stay-and convenient for a 3 day Convention in Porirua,
home from home , I hope to stay again next Convention in Porirua.
Communication with Jan was excellent..
