Ich war 2 Nächte im Hotel und bin Busfahrerin. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Hotel sauber. Es ist ein kleines bißchen in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem super in Ordnung.

nice hotel. everything is provided. Food is very good. Rooms are a little passed, but still ok. Bath and shower. Very friendly! the picture of there hotel is not in every room like that :). very near the highway , so that's cerainly a plus point.

I am a long-time member of Wyndham Rewards, and a frequent stayer at Ramada hotels all over the world. Usually, they are of a certain standard ... comfortable, clean and friendly. Sadly, this particular hotel lets the brand down in a dismal way. It's poorly equipped, overpriced (for the area) and very uncomfortable. There is virtually no bed base ... the mattress sits on the floor. The refrigerator does not work, and there are no coffee-making facilities in the room. When asked if we could swap for another room, we were told that every room is the same ... fridges don't work and mattresses on the floor. I'm sure the management will slip into denial and get defensive over my comments, but the facts speak for themselves. This is the worst Ramada I've ever stayed at. If this is typical of the German version of comfort, then take me back to the USA!

We selected Ramada by Wyndham Weimar since they offered a swimming pool. Otherwise we would have chosen a hotel downtown of Weimar. However, their swimming pool was not open, in repair, and should not have been listed under their facilities. Very disappointing. In addition, the breakfast was boring, all the same. In addition, one day they did not have scrambled egg, since this was not delivered, but no substitute was offered. The choice of breakfast is good for one-night stay, but not for three nights.

1. Double payment ; lucky that it was found on the receipt
2. A bathroom which should be designed for seniors and was not informed
3. No complimentary water; no bar service at room, no water boiler, no even cups at room
4. No cleaning even requested

Wir wollten ein DZ für 2 Nächte in buchen. Telefonisch erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass noch ausreichend Zimmer verfügbar seien und es daher nicht nötig wäre online zu buchen. Dies würde nur "zusätzliche Arbeit" verursachen, da dann "noch Emails zu schreiben" wären. Ca. 2 Stunden später an der Rezeption wurde uns dann ein höherer Preis für das DZ genannt. Um günstiger zu buchen müssten wir dies online tun. Überzeugt von dieser zuvorkommenden kundenfreundlichen Vorgehensweise buchten wir dann doch noch online. Nach Erhalt der Schlüsselkarten gingen wir also auf das Zimmer um dort festzustellen, dass statt des gebuchten Doppelbetts zwei Einzelbetten vorhanden waren. Also zurück zur Rezeption. Dort wurde uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben. An diesem angekommen durften wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer bereits von einem anderen Gast belegt war. Also nochmals zurück zur Rezeption. Statt eines "entschuldigen Sie bitte" erfuhren wir nun lediglich, dass man sich "verschrieben" hätte... Bereits deutlich aufgebracht und von der Leistung des Personals überzeugt fanden wir mit den nochmals getauschten Schlüsseln letztlich doch noch ein Zimmer in der gebuchten Variante. Dass es dann im Saunabereich nicht einmal Handtücher gibt und man darauf auch nicht hingewiesen wird rundet das Bild auf eine traurige Weise ab. Auf eine Antwort auf mein Mail ans Management warte ich noch immer.
