Staybridge Suites Houston-NASA/Clear Lake

This hotel is great! Family friendly, great amenities, friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated, but it’s just normal wear and tear. Nothing off-putting, and the rooms really feel like home when away with the family. We stayed here over a weekend with a middle schooler and 3rd grader, in a double suite.

This hotel was home base for our family reunion. We really enjoyed it! The front desk and other staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had hot meat, potatoes, and eggs every morning, along with fruit, yogurt, etc. and waffles to make. One waffle iron was shaped like the state of Texas. We were also there on Father's Day and they had fried chicken and mimosa drinks for breakfast. Our room was very nice with a large kitchen, living room area and a separate bedroom. Behind the hotel was a nice pool and recreation area. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and look forward to staying there again!

The hotel was excellent, really clean with well kept facilities. All the staff were exceptional - they were very welcoming and friendly with excellent customer service. The room was fitted out perfectly, very comfortable and felt newly decorated. Breakfast as well was really tasty, with a changing menu daily which is a really unusual but important differentiator. I’d definitely recommend Staybridge Suites NASA.

This is a slightly older property but had good large rooms with kitchen area, black out curtains and good room service. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but pretty limited for a vegetarian. The pool was nice although the sunbeds needed some repair and better towels. Close to lots of restaurants and shops

I like to return to this hotel every time I visit Houston. Alone or with my family. The backyard with pool and hot tub is a nice place to relax in the evenings for both kids and grownups. And if you feel for it, you can also make food and barbecue back there. The rooms are spacious, and clean - with a proper kitchen. I recommend the 1 bedroom suites, as they have a separate bedroom in addition to a combined living room and kitchen. It is a quiet place too, and beds are nice and comfortable so I sleep well there. Mondays till Wednesdays they servere complementary dinner. Wifi works well on all devices. The location is great, close to Baybrook Mall, Nasa Space Museum and Kemah boardwalk, and Galveston is not that far away either. Next door and in walking distance is a Buffalo Wings sports bar, BJs, sushi bar, Italian restaurant and a bowling hall. Breakfast is great too, with a variety from day to day. The gym is also great, with 3 thread mills and a lot of other gears. There is a complementary laundry available too. The hotel staff are friendly and service minded, always helped us if anything. All in all a great place to stay!

Bed bugs found in my room. I have never had an experience like this. Management was rude and not helpful. I have bites on my body. I had to check out and stay in a different hotel. Do not stay here unless you want to get bitten and bring home bugs!!

Professional, friendly service from all employees - front desk, housekeeping and breakfast crew. Every employee aimed to please. The suite was spacious, exceptionally clean (including bathroom) and a separate bedroom with a comfortable king size bed with very nice linens. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and had countless options such as fresh scrambled eggs, link sausage, bacon, French toast and/or waffles. Nice assortment of fresh fruits (berries, pineapple 🍍), croissants 🥐, and many more countless options. Every employee was extremely helpful, however, I mostly interacted with Sharaffeh, who was always very accommodating. We would stay at this location again. Nice, safe, convenient BUSY area with many food options. (It is not adjacent to the interstate….which I liked.)

Stayed here 4 nights at the end of a tour of Texas. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Room requests were thoughtfully attended to. The suites are very comfortable with good beds and plenty of space and amenities. The pool area is lovely although a few more sun loungers would be needed if busier. Cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom was excellent. Slight drawbacks were the chairs in the kitchen/ lounge area had something spilt on which I had to clean off and the air conditioning is very loud meaning we switched it off overnight. This could be more of a problem at a hotter time of year. Overall a very good hotel and we enjoyed a relaxing end to our holiday.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend. Friendly welcome at the reception. Clean and well equipped rooms. Decent breakfast. But work on the windows of the hotel not reported when booking. In the elevator a sign informed customers that the works would go from Monday to Friday. But we were woken up on Saturday morning at 7:20 am by hammering on the facade next to our room. Impossible to sleep this Saturday morning. Also the hot tub near the beautiful little pool was not working. And no umbrella. Too bad, because this hotel could be good.
