Premier Inn Watford North

We came to visit Harry Potter so booked an early check in. The woman at receptiën When we arrived she very very helpful, smiling. She checked us in and we booked for breakfast the nect day at the same time no problems. The room was a good size clean bathroom and a very comfy bed. We didnt have dinner but the breakfast was really good and there was no hurry to finish even thou its a small eating area. A lovely 2 day and so close to Harry Potter. We Will come again

Watford North was the ideal spot for the Warner Bros tour, we have stayed several times and it is only a few minutes drive to the tour. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff member (Jen G I think?) who helped us check in and was able to answer a few questions and direct us to our room. The room was clean and tidy with all the basics we needed. It was warm enough and had a TV although we didn't use it. We paid for WiFi which was useful and worked fine. We wanted a twin room and had a king size bed and a separate small bed. We would have preferred 2 normal single beds but both beds were comfortable. I forgot to put on the survey but there was a lack of power points especially near the larger bed and nothing near the head of the smaller bed. Not good with wanting to charge digital devices overnight or to use them while in bed. The bathroom was fine with a shower over the bath. Plenty of hot water. We had dinner and breakfast which was sensibly priced. Not much choice for vegetarian dinner but the macaroni cheese was very nice. The glass of wine was awful! I'd avoid! Plenty of other drinks available. Continental breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and more than enough to fill you up. All the staff were very helpful even when it was very busy with evening check in. The parking was right outside. We will be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

Staff where amazing above and beyond comfy bed lots of parking mc d across the car park Excellent location for Harry Potter only 15 minutes away. Breakfast is a buffet service and eat as much as you like. Dinner menu is limited but there is a Harvester 7 minutes away walking distance. Will definitely return !

Comfy bed, usual Premier Inn type room. Nice breakfast. Chose this hotel as it was close to where we were visiting. Friendly staff. 10 mins drive to train station. Situated close to McDonald’s and shops/businesses. Plenty of free car parking at hotel.

We wanted to stay near Warner Studios and it was a good place to stay for this purpose. It had parking outside. The room was fine. They seemed understaffed. We had dinner one night and again it was fine. There seemed to be only one staff member, who was doing their best. It was tricky to find staff when needed.

After a long journey we were tired and couldn't find the entrance to the Inn. The electricity to the sign had been disconnected by the landlord . The entrance was just before the entrance to MacDonald and was a narrow entrance. When, after driving around several times we eventually spotted it. Satnav wasn't helping as it kept taking us into a housing area . There was a mix up with the room and we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. There was then a problem with the key not working to the correct room. That was only resolved when I went down to reception. The bathroom was cold and I couldn't find out how it was heated. All in all disappointed.
