Lovely refurbished 4 bed property, with outside terrace

Property was double booked could not use it i want a refund

Very disapointed The property was not properly cleaned and there was heavy smell of sigaret throughout our whole stay. We bought candles to try and minimize the smell. Even after asking several times for the wifi credentials, we never got it. Half way through the heat did not work. The manager however, sent someone right away to fix it. On our last night, 2 men came knocking on the door telling us that we need to check out because they were suppose to check in. We called the manager and he handled it well, so we could finish our stay. The manager was suppose to come by when we told him that the property was not clean, but we never saw him.
