The hotel outer door lock was broken. The window did not lock it has a piece of wood in its place. The door to the room the dead bolt lock was broken. The water in the bathroom was Luke cold instead of warm. The plus to it was the charging ports for the phone and it was clean. The place needs a new makeover. Especially a safety issue.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever seen. People working there were extremely unprofessional. The fish tank in the lobby was disgustingly filthy. The hotel smelled awful and the room was beyond disgusting. We had to go find an employee because the phone in the room didn’t work but we needed someone to come put clean sheets on the bed because there were hairs and dirt on them. The man cleaning rooms tried to tell us the they sometimes stick on in the wash. We ended up checking out 5 hours after we checked in. Would have been less time for us to check out if we did not need to get to an event we had been there for. The manger refused her name but lied to ********** about our check out time and refused a refund then was unacceptably rude when I called.

This place is a good alternative to paying high prices for a night or two of sleep. It is centrally located for shopping and has the space and grounds for a decent stay for a decent price. It is no Sheraton but has all the amenities one would need for a reasonable price. Neighbours can be a problem and noisy.

They are just basic rooms, which is fine with us because its usually just a place to sleep, clean up and relax a bit in between running around and shopping. They are not perfect rooms, but thats fine with us.

Worst hotel ever steer clear of this place. Their so called indoor pool wasn't heated so temperature was like taking a cold shower. The ice machine wasn't working, the whole place smells like smoke, the floor was wet in a couple of spots and the rest was sticky on the rest. My opinion is it needs to have a complete overhaul or tore down. It is nothing like you see in the pictures. Only good thing is the price.

Rate was very cheap however I was led to believe there would be coffee and tea available mornings in the lobby. I'm an early riser and for three days I was up and out between 6:30-7:00. Never any coffee out there nor any employee to be seen. Office was closed. No one there to check me out when I left the motel, Room conditions are fair, but had a great shower, TV and refrigerator.

The room was filthy and dirty the microwave was rusted on top and inside the bathroom was gross there were holes in the wall the screen was ripped couldn't get an ashtray for a smoker room that would pay for the bed was never changed when we went out for the day batteries were out of the back of the remote staff was rude and couldn't get coffee

We specifically booked no smoking rooms because we were traveling with children. Unfortunately, one of the rooms next to us was smoking so much **** in their non smoking room, that they pretty much hot boxed you when you were in the hallway. Talking to the main desk about this did nothing to fix it (despite all the signs that state they take smoking in a non-smoking room seriously).
The pool was green and completely unusable the whole time we were there and that was one of the main reasons for picking this motel. Again, the front desk staff did not care.
I get it- we didn't pay a lot for these rooms and didn't have high expectations for them but they delivered even less. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for your rooms elsewhere- this is a trash facility.
