Stayed over to visit family member in the hospital. It's about 15 minutes from Allen Hospital and near a few quick service restaurants. Convenient location. The room was clean and for the price, it was no surprise that everything is worn, especially the hallways and elevator. The staff in the morning were very friendly. I arrived around 11:30 pm and the employee was clearly bored but she got through her memorized explanations of everything and that was that. Fine for a one night stay.

Check-in by Tricia was very nice. Room 321 was a nice big room, away from the main road. Lotion, shampoo and conditioner are in refillable dispensers. Water pressure in the shower was very good! Breakfast was standard (only complaint was that mixed berry jelly was the only jelly/jam available... no honey. The hotel is a bit older but it was very comfortable. The bed had wonderful sheets!

Very nice hotel well worth the price theres a bunch of restaurants to eat at and a mall that's walking distance the staff was very nice only issues I had were there was dust in a couple of hidden areas like above the painting the mirror TV they need to clean it better I would definitely stay here again

When you walk through the door and are greeted by Quenn, Michelle, Ann, or Jim you instantly realize you picked the right place to stay! (Sorry if I left anyone out) They are so personable you remember their name! They make you feel right at home and take great care of you. The rooms are extremely clean and we'll maintained. Pool area is just as clean and maintained. Breakfast is better than most hotels that I stay in. Do not pass up the opportunity to stay here!

Exceptionally wonderful staff. So kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It's so nice to find employees who are so caring and helpful! They took care of all of our needs with our unplanned emergency travel with children. Especially the lady at the front desk!! Thank you so much!!!!! And....we loved all the fluffy pillows!!!! So many pillows :)

I would recommend staying here. The hotel is close to everythin an amusement and waterpark, downtown,major roads etc. The hotel is clean and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. One desk clerk said thank you for staying with us and i truly felt her sincerity. Jessica was so helpful with the few problems i had such as needing batteries in The remote replaced. The property does have a few problems facilities wise such as. Low water pressure for the toilet although the shower was fine. Carpet stain here and there but nothing major. Graphitti and age of the elevator is jarring but it functions well. The televions must be new 50 inch or larger. The telephone in my room didnt work but i never use that anyway since we all have cell phones now. The hot breakfast was amazing eggs sausage waffles biscuits and gravy fresh fruit etc.. i would say for the price this is an excellent find.

Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff- just what I needed since I was really tired when I checked in. She helped me a lot and made the process so easy, because I had to make some changes to the booking. Room was standard and clean. Breakfast was basic (sausage, scrambled eggs, bread, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal). Staff was cheerful and greeted folks- this is a small touch but makes a big difference! Good location near stores and restaurants.

Do NOT stay here. We paid $107, so it’s not like we expected the Taj-Mahal; but we didn’t expect a cheap roadside dump either. The only good thing is that it was relatively clean. I say “relatively” because it’s old and in need of paint and repairs. The 1elevator was filthy. We went down for breakfast and that was a joke. Coffee was Luke warm at best, no waffle mix available, the cook was trying to warm up some food in the microwave. We looked in the micro kitchenette area and decided we wouldn’t eat there even if they put something warm out. When we left, all the receipts were in a pile on the counter. I could have taken them all and had names, addresses, etc. of course I didn’t, but talk about a lack of concern for privacy. If I could give it a 0, I would have.

Comfortable beds. The common areas seem a bit worn. Seems like many construction workers stay there. Desk clerk informed me there were o rooms. She then checked with the owner to see if she could release one room that they traditionally reserve in case a problem arises with another room. He allowed her to release it and we appreciated that. Parking is easy and close. Have stayed here before and will again. Good suggesiton of a restaurant near by by the person at the front desk!
