After reading other reviews, I see they are consistent. Not in the best way. First of all, the lobby is under construction. Now, that's probably a good thing, but the hotel sign wasn't on, making it hard to find on a dark, rainy night. Ironically, the sign for the bar (right below the hotel sign) was on, but we were looking for something that said Radisson. Minor annoyance, as we had to turn around, and them park at the restaurant next door due to lack of dedicated check in parking. It appears nobody is being assigned to walk around the property during construction to make sure the building is clean and ready for guests. The same garbage can by the door to our wing was overflowing all 3 days we were there. Staff was indifferent at best during check in. They seems more interested in each other than the guest. I was given directions to the wrong side of the building to get to my room. Just what I wanted after a long day on the road. My room key was only programmed for one night, despite checking in for two. That meant driving back to the front of the hotel, since we could not get in the back door. The rooms themselves have been updated with fresh paint, new showers, and vinyl flooring. But it's a 75% refresh. You can tell things like doors were not replaced or refreshed. It's very noticeable as you walk the hallways. Fresh paint, fresh carpet, new wallpaper, and old doors that should have been at least sanded and given a fresh coat of stain to cover up scratches and old tape marks. The flooring in the room is now all vinyl plank flooring. This means the rooms don't have as much sound proofing as they did with carpet. Our late night neighbor probably wasn't really loud, but it transmitted.
