The place is close to the bus stop if you don't drive. The bed was comfortable. However the place is run down. The restaurant was closed but they don't indicate on the website. The area and the stairs leading to the hotel is dirty that says it all.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lavish and delicious spread. My family was completely satisfied with our stay. This hotel is ideal for family travelers. Additionally, it's worth noting that the staff were all extremely friendly and professional, particularly the hotelier at the reception desk.

Great location for the station, walks, food and drinks. Decent comfort/cleanliness levels consistent with Premier inn but the hotel building, which is very old, is desperately in need of renovations. No bar or restaurant available.

Premier Inn are usually a sure bet for somewhere to stay. Chingford clearly is in need of work. Poor signage, Bathroom needs overhaul, stained grout etc. Location is good and great potential, however no opportunity to get food at lunchtime or in the evening.

This large rambling hotel is due to be closed but that is NOT mentioned on the Premier Inn website. Any drinks and an evening meal have to be taken in nearby Chingford, but breakfast is in the hotel restaurant.. The staff were friendly and the room was clean but this hotel is best avoided.

Our room was in bed of basic repairs as the door rattled loudly whenever anyone opened a corridor door, and the desk was falling off there wall. The associated pub is completely closed apart from breakfast so nowhere to relax other than your room. Staff have no idea what is happening to both businesses but their feeling is it is about to be closed down. Such a pity as we have stayed here several times over the years but have also seen the place deteriorated

Stayed in hotel many times, each visit has got worse. This will be our last time until things improve. It is obvious that hotel is run on a budget that is not appropriate. Made us feel uncomfortable and let down.

Hotel rooms comfortable but first impressions were not good. Front of hotel very run down looking and we even wondered if it was still open. Eventually found entrance at rear. When checking in they couldn't find our booking but eventually found it when booking ref was supplied. Hotel a bit isolated. Room clean and cleaning staff very approachable and friendly.

Staff were very good and helpful at a late check in (2200). Unfortunately card didn't work twice but gentleman on desk was helpful and apologetic so not a problem. Hotel is tired and needs money and love put into it. No food in restaurant, so was disappointed at the end of a two day working trip I had to go out and find somewhere to eat. I have stayed here a few times and seen it gradually deteriate.
