Good location near to rail station. Good breakfast. Good service.

Very clean rooms, large and spacious. Lovely staff. Breakfast was perfect and great choice. Breakfast also was ready for 6.30am which was perfect for us. Great value. Parking facilities great, and check in was simple and easy. Will use again.

Very pleasant stay but... WHATEVER YOU DO...DONOTUSE EURO PARKS ADJACENT TO THE HOTEL. My reason for saying this... Just look on Trustpilot! They are a bunch of thieves. I stayed for one night and 3 weeks later I get a demand for £100! I paid using their online app as suggested by the receptionist. But my demand says I didn't display a valid pass on my vehicle. Of course I didn't because you don't get an actual pass to display when paying online. I wish Premier Inns had warned me of this but no. I pulled into the car park and parked in one of the spaces marked Premier Inn. Perhaps Premier Inn might want to change their parking advice?

Went in for breakfast this morning with a staff member before our staff meeting and as always food was outstanding nice an hot.was a little busy fantastic service thanks to Mike an the team will definitely go back great staff friendly always welcoming

Wonderful warm welcome at reception. The rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable. We were on a family visit for a funeral and Staff throughout the hotel and accompanied Brewers fayre restaurant couldn’t do enough for us. David Ashley and Bella were friendly and supportive during our stay making a difficult journey (myself from Devon and my sister from London) much less stressful. As an employee of Whitbread I was comforted by the standards that were high throughout Premier Inn Walsall. As our elderly father is still a Walsall resident I can say with certainty we would stay again. Thank you to all at the site.
