There are plenty of towels, a hand-held shower head, and hair dryer. Next door to the bathroom is a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer.Outside is plenty of parking, including parking for boats. The back deck features both an outdoor lounge area as well as dining table and chairs. There's also a charcoal grill.The very back of the property includes a hammock amongst the trees and firepit with patio area, which is a shared space with the rental next door.Please note this home includes a steep, open staircase to the loft bedroom and game area. This might not be ideal for small children. Please advise in advance if any accommodations need to be made with scents as scented laundry detergent, dryer sheet, and cleaning supplies are used. This house was completely remodeled in 2021. At 3000 sq ft, it provides ample space. The kitchen is fully stocked. Nestled in a quiet cove that feeds into lake Keowee, it’s a kayaker’s dream. The house comes equipped kayaks and paddle boards. Kayak to hidden waterfalls right up the creek! Enjoy the nights in a private hot tub on the deck or cozy up by the fire pit. The master bath includes dual shower heads and a heated bidet toilet seat.Clemson University is 16 miles away. We have a 70” TV in the “Clemson” room and a 55” in the living room. Direct tv included and fiber optic high speed internet. The house comes with many baby friendly essentials and includes a crib, two baby gates, a high chair and child proof locks for the cabinets. Inquire with the owner if you need to borrow a pack n play or any other baby essentials. The house is on Cane Creek which feeds into Keowee. The path to the dock is very steep! At the dock the water is usually between 6-8’ but the water level fluctuates. The pontoon shown in pics is not for rent. If you have a boat, you’re welcome to tie it up to the side of the dock. If the lake level is low, there are some very shallow spots that can be tough to navigate. There are various boat rentals available on lake keowee. The nearest boat ramp is seven miles, about a ten min drive. It’s called Cane Creek Landing.You can swim off the dock however after a rain storm, the water can be murky.
