About this space Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood, this nest is the perfect space for a cozy getaway. When i say CONVENIENCE, it can’t get anymore convenient than this. Enjoy the day in the city of Raleigh, and then come relax in this peaceful home. 5min to I40, I440, I87, I540 8min to downtown Raleigh 10min to NC State 4min to Walnut Creek amphitheater 10min to Red Hat 18min to PNC arena 23min to RDU Airport The space Bedroom 1 has a king bed with a 43inch smart tv. Bedroom 2 has a double bed Living room has a 50inch smart tv. Air mattress available upon request. Pack n play available upon request. *Please note bathroom shower/tub combo has a 6”3 height restriction !!! Guest access The entire home, yard and back deck is available during your stay. Entry access is the front porch. Please do not access the shed in the back as it is not available for guest as of yet. Nice Place Very nice, clean and quiet house. However, communication was poor. Got the initial messages you always get. We had a 9 hour drive and I messaged the owner asking for the address as I could not find it. NEVER heard back from her. We stopped an hour outside Raleigh and I went through all my email and finally found the address so we were able to get to the house. The owner also scheduled a pressure wash of the house while we were there. Thankfully the guy knocked on the door and said he would come back later. Not so with the lawn people that mowed early in the morning that woke us up. Nice place but owner lacks the common courtesy of a reply and scheduling of services without contacting us.

The property was very quiet and peaceful and accessible to where we needed to go while in town for a softball tournament. When we arrived at the property, we noticed we did not have any towels for the three of us, and the property manager was right on it and got them to us quickly. We understand mistakes happen and she was quick to remedy the issue. Definitely recommend staying here!

Close to concert venue Place was great for us. Close to concert venue. Nothing derogatory to say, clean place. Had most of what we needed. Sent request for at extra bath towels as we only had 2, never heard back from Ashley. We had 4 hand towels & 4 washcloths.

Great place and host! Rented for my wife and sister to enjoy close proximity to Atlantis Morrisette concert and they really enjoyed it! Host is great super communicative to ensure all was perfect, and it was!

Quiet Little Spot A friend and I stayed here while in town to go to a show. Located in a quiet spot and nicely appointed. Would suggest staying here for sure.

Great Stay Highly Recommend This place is very clean and worked perfectly for our two-night stay. The security key pad on the front door also made us feel very safe. There were several things prepared for our visit that we appreciated such as paper towels, bath towels, soap, shampoo, Makeup remover wipes, etc! We even had a Keurig for coffee in the morning! One recommendation is to bring your own ice because we did not have an ice maker or tray. Also, bring bottled water if you do not want to drink out of the tap. We would recommend staying here to anyone looking to be close to the Raleigh area!
