Was just right for an overnight stay in Lawrence Instructions and communication were great. Clean property. Provided coffee and creamer.

Archeologists teaching field school This townhouse provided a comfortable place to unwind at the end of 10 total long days working and teaching outdoors at a nearby archeology field school. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The bedroom/bathroom downstairs contains the laundry as well. The appliances work. Kitchen is stocked well, including extra paper towels, garbage bags. The neighbors were friendly, including the doggie next door. Thanks from all of us.

Exploring Lawrence! This property is perfectly located to explore the downtown area, university campus and local winery. It was super clean and our questions were answered in a timely manner.

Great location; comfortable for family The townhouse was meticulously clean with a comfortable layout for family. The location was perfect for us. Not only was it close to downtown Lawrence, it was in a safe neighborhood so that I could take my daily walks. We hope to return to this property when we need such an accommodation in Lawrence

Spacious and Comfy The stay was a perfect getaway for a respite. Lots of space and the rooms werent crowded with excess furniture. Couch and recliner sectional are really comfortable. The mattresses we slept on were great. A really soft one for my partner's preference and a firmer to match my preference. Host was absolutely great with communication. Quiet & Cozy Property is located just off interstate but it was very quiet, we did not hear any traffic noise at all. Property is spacious and furnished well. Would stay there again.

Nice place! We came to Lawrence for a wedding and this place worked perfect for us. We were supposed to have 3 couples staying but one couple ended up sick and couldn't make it. Splitting the price amongst 3 couples would have been much cheaper than staying in a hotel and was much more comfortable! Very cute place. We would stay again. The checkin and out was very easy and the host was also easy to work with. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood and as advertised.

Great value for the money The property was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add an easy chair to the living room. Even if it is crowded, you should be able to at least sit 6 people in the living room.
