Bad service and over charging. Service with a scowl. Front of house moaned when we asked to sit by the sea as per our booking. My wife explained that she was vegan and if she could have a salad and focaccia. She was recommended the bresaola salad without the bresaola. The other pizza arrived, then a 5 min wait for the salad which arrived with the bresaola and after my wife complained they just removed the bresaola. Not really the done thing, so they remade the salad, which was essentially a bowl of carrot and iceberg. Focaccia arrives after another 15 minutes after repeated reminders. Bill arrives with full charge for bresaola salad and after reminding them that it was just a bowl of iceberg they took 2euro from the dish. Poor service, poor food, bad experience.

Beautiful grounds with a view of the smoking Vulcano, absolutely stunning. A fantastic pool and beautiful black beach make this a really fun hotel. The service is fabulous, the staff really cares about making your stay comfortable.

We were really looking forward to our stay here as the photos on the internet looked extremely promising. We expected a calm, cozy oasis with nicely designed, clean rooms. Reality hit very hard - it was a complete disaster; we left after 1 day.

Love Love Love!!
Definitely coming back again! The place is beautiful, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. So much fun!! Can not beat location!!

Outdated resort, no one takes care of it, very dirty compared to the resorts near by, very expensive, does not worth the value of the money, horrible bar/restaurant, breakfast was awful. Very dissatisfied with everything except the transfer service.

Superlativo. Abbiamo passato un weekend di maggio all’inizio di stagione. Nonostante non era pronto tutto, il personale ha reso la nostra vacanza in una maniera eccellente. Valentina, Livia, e tutti gli altri super gentili e amorevoli. Sembrava una famiglia. Le stanze pulitissime, nuove, letti comodissimi. Piscina divertente, pulita,comoda per bambini. Bagno con la vasca, ciabatte, spazzolino con il dentifricio , e tutto quello di cui potevamo avere bisogno. Servizio navetta con la macchina isolana come nelle favole. Colazione ricca di tutto! I cocktail di alto livello fatti dai migliori barman! Che dire: straconsiglio è dir poco. Torneremo a breve! Siamo innamorati di tutto!

Location eccezionale, immersa nel verde e a ridosso del mare che ti consente di fare la colazione propria vista mare. Personale accogliente e premuroso con Nicolas sempre presente e attento al buon andamento della struttura. La posizione alquanto centrale ti da la possibilità di muoverti facilmente. Da ritornare

Ottima struttura in una posizione incantevole: si sviluppa dalla reception fino alla spiaggia delle sabbie nere (raggiungibile direttamente dalla zona piscina) in un bellissimo e curato giardino in cui ci sono gli alloggi, in tipico stile eoliano. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile e la pulizia impeccabile. Sugli arredi delle camere si può sicuramente migliorare; spartani in linea con la tipologia di resort, ma davvero un po’ troppo scarni. Qualche comodino o mensola in più non guasterebbero. Inoltre avevamo un comó coi cassettoni che faticavano ad aprirsi/chiudersi. Niente di tragico, per intenderci, ma una così bella struttura dovrebbe curare di più i dettagli. Proprio sul mare c’è il ristorante, in cui viene somministrata la colazione, che è a gestione separata. Anche la colazione andrebbe migliorata, soprattutto riguardo il salato e i succhi/spremute:. Il ristorante è buono (anche la pizza), ma decisamente molto caro. Tutto sommato una struttura che mi sento di consigliare ms che inviterei ad una maggior cura per giustificare le stelle che merita.

La struttura si presenta bene, pulita e accogliente.
Anche il personale è gentile e disponibile.
La grande pecca sono i servizi, essendo venuti i primi giorni di settembre forse è considerata bassa stagione, ma non è professionale avere il bar della piscina chiuso e per dover comprare anche una bottiglia d’acqua dover uscire dalla struttura.
Giudizio finale: bella struttura ma consigliata solo nei periodi di punta, quando i servizi e l’attenzione sono da quattro stelle.
