Cleanliness could be better. No wifi in the rooms. Room service is poor.

Very distant from airport. Place is secluded and not easily accessible. You need to spend much on taxi/cabs. Cleanliness was bad and beds were dirty & smelly. No toiletries provided. Restaurant only open till 9pm, not good food options.

Anchorage Resort has such potential to be a great hotel that is a staging point and a good low key relaxed Pool based property. The Staff are lovely and committed but Management puts on too few staff and this creates the delays and problems. Staff are charming but too few to keep up. The chef is talented but who wants to wait an hour! Management need to stop profiteering and let the crew fly! Andrew Leslie Blairgowrie

Balu My experience was excellent. The staff was great always smiling and going out of there way to help you. The rooms were clean and always serviced. The restaurant and bar was good and reasonable. The resort itself was peaceful and relaxing, It’s a perfect place to get away from the rat race back in the states or anywhere else. Great resort for the price. Vinaka Alan

DO NOT STAY IN THIS RESORT !!!!!! This resort is a disgrace and made me Ill I came away from there with a very bad chest and a lot lighter bank account . The day we got there first complaint room and bedding dirty and no shower head just a hose . From that day we had a Leak through the bathroom ceiling from upstairs room , a leak when we ran out bath black mould up the shower curtain . The air conditioning has clearly not been serviced and make me poorly . The swimming pool was filthy never cleaned and the restaurant food was limited on half board. Every single day I had to call for another situation it became unbearable so we spent a lot of money having to spend the last 2 days of Fiji in another hotel . The manager Jenny said she would get the owner to call me to discuss our money back and all I got was. Email saying they are not a refundable hotel , they have also now lied to the travel agent we booked through that we never complained once . Absolutely disgusting customer care and alot of money wasted. Lucky for us Nila beach resort accommodated us and we thankfully finished our holiday in Fiji on a high 😊

THE PICTURES ARE LIES! This place is ran down and shady. The pictures are highly edited. First of all this is not a beach resort because there is simply no beach just a stinky boat port. Secondly the pool is basically an above ground pool with some cement around it, its also very dirty. The rooms are ran down and are infested with ants and roaches. When asked to switch rooms we were turned down by staff or were asked to pay an extra amount. There is simply no "beachfront room" either its just jungle. Id also like to add that the restaurant is also ran down and the menu is limited everything just seems so gross and neglected. I highly recommend spending a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.
