Horrible front office experiance One of our Room was reallocated to someone else while we were there and people just walked into my mom’s room when she was alone. No seniors were available during my 5 days stay there to talk to me on this. When I expressed my unhappiness about no senior talking to me, they tried to bribe me by offering 20% discount which I refused to take. The bathroom knob was broken and was not fixed even when repeatedly told and shown to the house keeping guys Hand and face towels were unavailable and would be given to you at the choice of the housekeeping staff Due to a wedding happening during my visit all thin pillows were distributed to them and we were left with humongous pillows totally unusable for sleeping Even when requested these were provided on the third day when the wedding guys checked out. The front office team is totally unapologetic I believe that Invasion of privacy is a big concern and yet no one had time to talk to me for 5 days when we were there Pathetic Even when I have spoken to the front office everyday asking them to have someone senior speak to me.

Very nice and comfortable stay at Radisson vrindavan. Housekeeping services excellent here specially thanks Ankit, harshit, Jyoti, Santosh, Gagan, pawan and gajendra. Room and washroom cleaning amazing Here. As well as food was good. Thanks we will definitely visit again.
