還不錯的酒店，朋友跟購物中心非常的方便，酒店的設施也還不錯，飯店的安排也還正杰，走路到購物中心大概8分鐘，非常近，非常方便！如果有去那附近開會或者是旅遊的話，推薦住宿這一間酒店，服務人員也蠻熱情有禮貌的！

Das Hotel sieht sehr gut aus. Es befindet sich in der Nähe vom SCS, doch um in die Stadt zu kommen benötigt man einwenig Geduld. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber gehalten und an Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Der Weg zum Wellnessbereich ist wie ein Labyrinth, doch hat man diesen erstmal überquert, so kann man sich auf was gefasst machen. Angenehm warmer Pool sowohl draußen, als auch drinnen, ein Dampfbadraum, eine Sauna und ein Kältebecken erwarten einen hier. Ein kleiner Fitnessraum ist ebenso zu finden.

es war sehr schönes Hotal zu beleiben. ich empfehle Ihr das Hotel aber es ist weiter enfernt vom Zentrum.

Отель просто супер !!!я обязательно в него вернусь !!!я не ожидала даже что он настолько супер !!!!все фото что на сайте ему соответствуют !начиная от персонала и заканчивая всем на очень хорошем уровне отель !я много видела отелей есть чем сравнить но этот реально был восторг !прям есть желание вернуться к ним и отдохнуть и так и сделаю !огромный номер светлый !чистый !Удобная мягкая кровать !бассейны !джакузи !зал !огромная территория !вообщем одни плюсы !

Great Hotel with lovely facilities and good service. It's not a "new" Hotel but it's still in good condition, as well as the huge sports & wellness area. Rooms are spacious and have a separate toilet. I would love to have a kettle or coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was nice, even though 25€ is quite hard to tell if you don't get prosecco, fish or custom egg dishes.

Beautiful rooms, restaurant and bar staff rude and unhelpful. Waited 35 minutes to order a drink. Bar staff refused to let me order my meal at the bar however there was only 1 table waiter for the place. We were in a group of 200 and hotel did not put any additional staff on.

The hotel does not have acceptable management. There are no healthy breakfasts. People are discriminated against, they deny entry to the breakfast room to the people staying. At breakfast there were no natural fruits, only fruits packed with sweeteners and fructose. There was a lack of healthier products with fewer carbohydrates. many high carb flours.

I would give this hotel realistically 3 stars, i have been in many countries visited many places and been in many hotels and trust me it shouldn't have more than 3 stars. We got our room in less than 5 min, before unpacking i checked the room and found red hairs all over bathroom which is disgusting. Hallways are mostly quiet and have vending machines with absurd prices. We had breakfast which was nothing special.. some dishes were not fully cooked and were bland. The conclusion of this review is that the hotel isn't bad but has potential to be great

Was really disappointed with this hotel. Room was very small. No desk, no water, no iron, no charging facilities. Was part of a tour group so we may have been in the sub class rooms. Only decent thing is it was next to a big Westfield.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group and it was terrible. As we were part of a tour we were put in a separate room for breakfast (not what you see on the website). At 08:00 a number of items on the breakfast bar were empty and when we asked for them we were told ‘No, it’s finished’ even though breakfast was until 10:30. The staff were rude and unhelpful. It took three days to have a broken room safe fixed (it only needed a new battery). I have stayed in Vienna multiple rimes and this is the first time I have encountered rude and unhelpful hotel staff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

We stayed here as part of a tour group and were treated like second class citizens. It took 3 days of asking to have the safe fixed, my friend had her brand new face cream emptied and the response was what do you want us to do about it Breakfast was in a smaller dingy area - we were not allowed in the main dining area and the choices were very poor. Very frustrated when at 8am they had run out of eggs only to be denied them cooking anymore even though breakfast wen til 1030. Canned fruit and poor choices made it a terrible breakfast compared to the main dining room. I would not voluntarily stay here again and as part of a tour group it’s a long way out of town
