Our second time here! Wonderful stay both times! The hosts are kind, friendly, give excellent recommendations and wonderful service! The location is excellent, the property is beautiful and our accommodations in the Laurence room worked out great!

It was a real pleasure to stay in Relais Villa Sensano. On this first occasion, it was my wife and myself. To begin with the location is unmatched. Perched above the surrounding valley, one can see for endless miles/kilometers into distance vineyards, olive tree groves, and other beautiful fields. So many beautiful towns are all within an hour of this location, making it an ideal base. The villa itself is well appointed, extremely clean, and highly welcoming. We especially enjoyed cooking dinner at our unit. Perhaps one of the best aspects of the hotel is how warm and welcoming its staff, Federica and Lavinia, truly are. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We are already planning on returning with the entire family.

Excellent stay at this beautiful villa! Very close to San Gimignano and Borgo Pignano. The rooms were very clean and well equipped kitchen. Federica and Lavinia were amazing hosts and the breakfast had a beautiful view! Highly recommend and will be back to visit again!

We were very comfortable, the apartment was very nice and very quiete. The environment and the area are wonderful. A special mention for Federica and her sister are nice professionals and nice persons. We hope to come back there very soon.

We very much appreciated our two-weeks stay at Villa Sensano during summer holidays 2022. The apartment was excellent with comfortable rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Federica and Lavinia are perfect hosts who took care of all our needs. They gave us valuable advise for excursions, restaurants etc and were available 24/7. We very much appreciated that our dog was warmly welcomed as well. The nicely renovated villa is situated in the countryside with perfect opportunities for long and short hikes in the nearby National park of Castellvecchio. The quiteness of the place was perfect for relaxing. Within short time main Tuscany cities such as Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence can be reached. Also Tuscany beaches can be reached by a 50 minutes car drive. All in all we enjoyed being at Villa Sensano and plan to return asap.

In the middle of the Tuscany hills, there is a serene place called Villa Sensano. Runned by the two sisters Federica and Lavinia, you are in good hands. Friendly with a positive vibe and very helpful. In the villa there are several different size appartments, nicely renovated and clean. An excellent, well maintained swimming pool with breathtaking views over the hills and a garden with seats and a barbeque to use if you like. With beautiful historical villages like Volterra, Sienna and San Gimignano in the area, there is enough to see and discover. We would love to visit this place again in the future.

We enjoyed a sunny and hot week at Villa Sensano. Frederica and her sister are great hosts and helped us with all our questions. The fresh tomatoes they provided were delicious. The view is very beautiful, especially from the refreshing pool. On the other side the sunset is stunning. The apartment (Rose) was very clean and well equiped. Nice beds. It was a hot week so we needed the van in the bedroom. There is no airconditioning. The location is between San Gimignano and Volterra, nice area ro drive around. We also visited Siena, this is a one hour drive.

Absolutely beautiful place in the Tuscany mountains. So quiet and stunning views from the swimming pool. Frederica and her family were the most amazing hosts and couldnt do enough to help. Would definitely recommend! We were so sad to go home. We would love to visit again one day!

Abbiamo passato un lungo weekend con degli amici che già conoscevano la struttura e le splendide Federica e Lavinia. Siamo stati benissimo! Appartamenti pulitissimi e con tutto il necessario. Giardini curatissimi e chissà che meraviglia d'estate con la piscina. Posto strategico per raggiungere in poco tempo Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, S.Galgano. Grazie ragazze per l'ospitalità e per avere reso il mio compleanno ancora più speciale. A presto!
