I was is Varna for a meeting at the hotel. The room I was given was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. There is an iron and ironing board on each floor and toiletries (shampoo, body conditioner, shower gel, body moisturiser) in the room. Towels and gown are provided for the spa. The restaurant was closed but we were told about this in advance, the bar food was good and well priced. The hotel reception staff were very helpful and it is an easy 10 min walk to the beach or the pedestrian area.

I've stayed at the Dimyat three times now and this review applies to all three stays. I should also add, we attended the 2021, New Year's Eve party here and we were impressed. The staff are always welcoming and professional. The rooms are excellent and spacious. We've experienced a Standard Room, an Executive Double with sea view and a studio. The rooms are tastefully decorated with sophistication, spacious and very comfortable. Beds are large and comfortable, with decent pillows. Many rooms have a sea view. The rooms are soundproofed. Lighting is good. Bathrooms are excellent, spotlessly clean and have quality fittings. Some have baths with shower, some with walk in wet room areas. The toiletries are good quality and have a nice scent. The rooms are spotlessly clean. There's good working space, with comfortable chairs. Electrical sockets are placed logically. There's adequate wardrobe space in standard rooms, other rooms offer more space. Air conditioning/heating works well, all year round. The lifts between the ground and room levels are very modern, quiet and spotlessly clean. There is a large restaurant on the first floor, overlooking the park. The breakfasts are excellent and offers everything anyone could want, with clean cutlery and crockery. The tables are large and well spaced apart. Staff in the restaurant are friendly and helpful. The spa in the basement area is now looking a little tired, that said, it offers a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and small swimming pool. It also offers massage therapies and beauty treatments. If the spa and particularly the pool were refurbished, this hotel, would arguably, be the best in Varna. Certainly, from a room and restaurant standard it is my favourite hotel. I will certainly be booking more rooms in the future! Thank you to the team at this Dimyat Hotel!

We stayed for 5 nights and our first impressions of the hotel were great. The lady on reception was friendly and professional and we were asked if we wanted help with our luggage. We had booked a deluxe double and it was on the 8th floor. The first thing that wowed us was the view !! It was stunning. Spectacular views over the Sea Garden and Tge Black Sea. We were impressed with the size of the room. The bathroom had a bath and a separate walk in shower. There was plenty of storage in the walk in wardrobe. There were robes and slippers and a range of tea and coffee. We didn't use the mini bar but it had a good range of products. We did get a bottle of water replenished each day. My daughter and I used the swimming pool most days which we enjoyed. Breakfast was good although I'd have liked the option of breakfast cereal but even without there was enough choice. The location was perfect, right opposite the Sea Garden and only a short walk into the centre of the city. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and would stay there again.

For a modern hotel, the Roslyn Dimyat has great charm. The design--the views from the rooms over the Black Sea--wow. rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lighting throughout is artistic, understated, yet effective. Pool and sauna are very relaxing.

Huge rooms, great view of Black Sea, outstanding breakfast, nice bar, relatively short walk to beach (in Varna, no hotels are on the beach as there is a park that separates hotels from beach; no big deal). This hotel is very modern and it seems that every aspect was thought though, which is extremely rare in any where in world let alone Bulgaria. There is limited spaces in a car park below hotel that is really setup for smaller cars. Great spa with pool. Only complaint is that front desk staff are not very friendly but this consistent with Bulgarians in general.
