Svn Lake Palace

we had a wonderful stay on our official visit . the restaurant big bite is just wow & no words to its quantity , quality & pricing.there is mr jagannath & many more assist us the staff are too humble ,polite & excellent in their behaviour. we will never forget raju, santos ,prasad, banga rao, radhika, sujatha , basanta & raj laxmi & many more names we forgot who have extended their hospitality during the stay . the rooms need renovation on an urgent basis . the bed is fully lost in its quality & the mattresses are difficult to sleep which causes back pain . the tariff hotel is charging to justify the service standard those basic changes & upgradation is needed . in such a good hotel the duvet is expected instead of a general blanket . the bathroom exhaust needs to be activated properly which is not happening . but it's the team who still maintain the property better . wishing all the best & will be right back soon . i hope my lines will be treated as a suggestion instead of a complaint . cheers 😃👌. i missed out hemlata & ganesh 😍😍

my overall all rating is 2 out of 5. Reason being: - room was not as described in the booking page. - the toilet/bathroom facilities and fittings were not as committed in the booking. The cleanliness was not good. The mirror frame was broken, giving a feeling that it would fall down. A small, broken bucket was provided for bath, which is not supposed to be used for bath. - though the booking was for double occupancy, only one towel was provided. - the linen was not clean. Hair was found on the pillow. - last, but not the least, the tariff charged was surprisingly very strange. Unlike usually done, the check-in time and check-out time total amounts to a stay of only 22 hrs, even less than a full day. This is first time i observed this type of tariff calculation. Otherwise, usually the check-in to check-out time should be at-least 24 hrs. It was totally unjustified and unfair. - i would caution customers to think twice before booking this hotel, though experiences of different customers may be different. - lastly one more important point to be noted is that, the hotel management is treating customers aliens. The services provided and the room provided to me reflects this sort of attitude of the hotel management. The reception team also explicitly mentioned this to me when i was checking in. - overall i wouldn't recommend this hotel.

In HOTEL SVN LAKE PALACE My experience was really good, When i was arrived to this hotel the service of the staff was excellent, very polite & helpful. My first experience is when I am going to my room by using lift I have seen whole city view, when I was entered into my room lake view is really awesome by seeing it and enjoying with masala Tea .Food is also excellent and Breakfast options are good .From this hotel it is very easy to go to the surrounding places,the bus stand & railway station are also very close. Over all it was memorable day.

The staff at SVN Lake palace were friendly and helpful.they made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. The restaurant's food were delicious, and the room was breathtaking very peaceful. Totally it was a good experience,I preferred to visit again to stay in this hotel, thank you SVN !!!

Nice place for a short stay. Clean and safe with a delicious south indian breakfast.

Neat. Ideally located. Good service. The staff too were very humble and helpful. The eateries around are also very good. Nice sitarama nilayam at the entrance.
