Năm sao khen ngợi! Vị trí của nhà hàng này rất tốt, bên cạnh siêu thị Carrefour, gần đó có một số nhà hàng Trung Quốc, giao thông đi lại cũng thuận tiện. Bãi đậu xe 🅿️🈶 Bãi đậu xe nội bộ riêng, rất an toàn. Có bếp nhỏ, mọi thứ rất tiện lợi và giá cả thì rẻ hơn ở nhà dân!

Полотенца меняют за отдельную плату, 12 евро! 5 ночей проживание! Уборку НЕ ДЕЛАЮТ!!! 5 ночей проживание! За утюг надо оставлять залог 50 евро! Залог за весь номер 250 евро!! 5 ночей проживание!

Tôi đã viết email cho giám đốc M Grégory Falmagne, nhưng không có phản hồi sau 15 ngày... thất vọng về phía ông ấy và về phía thương hiệu, chắc chắn rằng tôi sẽ không bao giờ quay lại đó nữa... Receptionists extremely rude ! Except the one who was working the morning. After 5 stays there, this last one was horrible. They don’t like and consider people. I’ll not go back.

I found a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I let the staff know, and they did not seem to care at all. They told me that because I booked the room through *******, I would have to ask ******* for a refund. This was a lie. ******* told me that it was up to the hotel to offer a refund. ******* attempted numerous times to reach out to the hotel, but the hotel refused to answer. I liked that the place had a kitchen so I could prepare my own food, to save money and not make an ordeal out of my terrible French ordering and buying things. The room was a bit worn down. The sink in the bathroom had several cigarette burns on it, and the laminated wood for the sink cabinet had come apart from moisture. There was mildew and mold in the shower. The cooktop range knobs were broken and it took some time to fiddle with them to stay on. The kitchen didn't have a lot of things, like no spoons, and it was pretty clear that nobody had ever used the coffee maker, as it didn't have any filters. I'm pretty flexible and can deal with all this, but the cockroach was too much. I didn't want to risk bringing them home with me. The front desk staff did not give one @#$#$ at all about the cockroach or anything else. He offered me another room in the hotel, which I explained made no sense, because it would be quite likely that many of the rooms would have cockroaches. The staff made it pretty clear that they don’t care if I write a bad review, only about getting my money.

I don't like to leave negative reviews. I believe that people deserve second chances, and I don't want to be responsible for ruining someone's business. Unfortunately, I don't think that my bad review will have much of an effect on this business, and I don't believe that the management of the hotel care if I leave a bad review. I booked it online through *******, not understanding much about the area or the hotel. She tells me that if I had taken a photograph of the cockroach, that they would have done something. After my experience with them, I doubt a photo would make any difference. Unfortunately, my daughter tells me this is probably not a part of Paris that many tourists visit, and I didn't get the sense that many people here speak English or read Tripadvisor reviews, so my review may not be of much use to anyone. The staff at the hotel knew this, which is why they ignored me and the staff at *******. I have been looking up their reviews on several sites, and they seem to be very different. I think that Tripadvisor and Facebook look like the only legitimate review sites (nobody in France uses Yelp). This whole process has helped me to realize I can't trust sites like ********** , bookings,com, or *******. Take a look at the difference in reviews of this place on these sites yourself. I should have spent more time looking into this place. I moved to the B&B Hotel that's two blocks from the Porte de Choisy metro station. It's a much nicer hotel with air conditioning, which I needed because of the heat

Réservation faite par téléphone d'une chambre avec 2 lits. La personne me dit aucun soucis ! J'insiste car j'avais lu un avis d'une personne qui avait fait la même demande et qui s'était retrouvé avec 1 lit double. On me rassure et me dit qu'il n'y aura aucun problème que tout était noté. Bien évidement le jour de min arrivé on me dit qu'il n'y a plus de chambre avec 2 lits !!! Je m'en plaint et le réceptionniste m'explique que ces chambres sont attribuées au jour le jour en fonction des demandes des arrivées. Bref, premier arrivé et premier servi. Me voila a devoir partager un lit avec mon collègue. Accès au parking très compliqué. L'hôtel n'a qu'un seul badge pour y accéder. Il faut donc passer a la réception pour récupérer le badge mais il n'y a aucune place de stationnement devant l'hôtel et enfin rapporter ce badge a la réception. Idem quand vous partez, il faut se débrouiller pour rapporter le fameux badge. Pour le reste c'est correcte et le petit déjeuner est bien mais le jour on j'y était il était en promotion. Promotion qui nous a été refusé car soit disant le jour ou nous avons réservé ce n'était pas en promo. Pourtant les petits dejeuners ne sont payables que le jour ou vous y êtes et non pas au moment de la réservation. Bref plus jamais !
