Na hora do Checkin in não encontravam minha reserva, mesmo eu insistindo para passar o código da reserva que havia recebido, expliquei que havia ligado no hotel dias antes para confirmar minha reserva e a pessoa confirmou.
Depois de uns 10 min de espera , a pessoa responsável encontrou a reserva.
Foi um pouquinho grossa ao dizer que o hotel não faz confirmação de reserva por telefone... Enfim, como tinha ido à essa viagem para participar de uma competição não quis me incomodar com isso. Só queria chegar e me acomodar.

Hotel precisa de alguma reforma e pelo que percebi já está acontecendo, a piscina precisa de uma limpeza.
Hotel bem localizado, tranquilo, funcionários prestativos, camas confortavel, café da manhã muito bom.
No geral gostei muito minha nota 09.

A localização não é das melhores, na proxima estadia eu escolheria vila velha pois é mais bonito. O hotel tem um excelente café da manhã, muita variedade, mas o predio é antigo, os elevadores me deram medo e o estacionamento peca demais por ser externo e junto com um mercado, as vagas são poucas e bem apertadas. A limpeza nos quartos eram feitas diariamente e o quarto é aconchegante.

Adorei minha estadia,os funcionarios super atenciosos,super educados,hotel super limpo,organizado,gostei bastante,com toda certeza voltarei mais vezes,café da manhã bem completo,quarto bem espaçoso e comfortavel.

Instalações muito antigas, ar-condicionado de parede bastante barulhento, garagem compartilhada com a de um supermercado; o portão é fechado às 20h, a partir desse horário é necessário pedir para alguém da recepção abeir, uma vez fica em outro prédio, sendo ainda necessário dar a volta no quarteirão para acessar.

Hotel infestado de mosquitos, incluindo o mosquito da dengue. Ficar no hall de entrada aguardando é ter a certeza de que será picado pelos mosquitos.
O quarto é bom, mas tinha teias de aranha embaixo do rack da TV.
O cobertor não é dos melhores, é pequeno e acaba deixando desconfortável para dormir.
Café da manhã além de não ter tantas opções, tinha muita coisa fria (mesmo dentro da panela) e a sanduicheira de uns 30 anos atrás não funciona de jeito nenhum. Foram mais de 15 minutos esperando para esquentar o pão, e não funcionou.
