Segunda vez aqui, é cada vez que volto está melhor. Apartamentos top, com todo o conforto. Piscina interior com água quente top, como nunca vi. Pequeno almoço fabuloso. A voltar sempre que possa. Recomendo

酒店環境非常優美，值得一去，度假首選，自駕遊的朋友推薦，旁邊有湖有自己的園林，泡完温泉來入住，非常不錯。

This was not a pleasant stay. The hotel has a weird policy. They demand the customer to carry pool towels in the room and hand them over to the front desk upon checkout. We did not bring them down because we did not use them at all. The staff insisted that we walk back to the room and bring them down to him. To prove that we did not steal them? Never experience such disrespectful policy to the customer. This suppose to be a nice resort hotel, not a motel. There was a printed post in the room with a long list of items and their price next to them. It's a warning that if you steal any of these, you will be charged on your way out. Interestingly, we found a dinner charge got tagged on to our bill which we never dined in the hotel and funny thing was that after I argued with the staff, he could not find the receipt in the restaurant. The charge was eventually got removed of course. The hotel charged me on my credit cards in USD but did not give me the option of charging in Euro. They put 4% service fee directly on my bill as a result of charging in USD. I argued that I want to charge in Euro but they shrugged and said that's the way it is. The hotel is dated and somewhat rundown. If you are visiting Coimbra area, stay somewhere else.

One mediocre hotel at best for its facility, room, and food. This hotel is the most disrespectful to its customers I ever stayed in my life. Upon check out, the hotel asks the customers to hand over pool towels to the front desk from the room. We have never experienced such strange policy and was demanded to go back to the room to retrieve the towels that we never used and hand them over to the front desk. In the guest room, there is a long list of of items with price next to them. In other word, the hotel assumes all customers are potential thieves. When we checked in, we were requested to pay in full. When I received the receipt of the credit card charge, it showed that we were given the options of paying in USD versus Euro. In fact the hotel never gave us the option and charged directly in USD with additional 4% mark-up. If you are visiting Coimbra area, stay somewhere else. You can skip this hotel. It is rundown and definitely not qualified to be considered as a resort.

Outstanding Hotel, stayed her in late August for 3 Nights, Amazing breakfast. Very clean family resort ideal for local tourism, we visited our son who recently moved to Portugal and used this Hotel as a base... Very friendly staff

Quartos muito bons, decoraçao bonita, casa de banho espaçosa, colchões muito confortáveis, com pequena kitchenet, varanda com vista sobre a barragem, com paisagem magnífica, boa relaçao preço-qualidade. Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade, em restaurante com vidraças com vista para o rio. Empregados simpáticos e prestáveis.
