I came for first for vaisakhi restaurant...i enjoyed a lot I taken special thali for that they given Sweet corn soup..it was fabulous I enjoyed a lot the food was so tasty thalli curries was so good I full stomach now the ambiance was so good thank you for good service, ☺️,,

I LOVE IT. -I TRIED ALMOST EVERY DISH & MADE MY DAY SPECIAL. -AS SOME ONE WHO LOVES SOUTHINDIAN FOOD, I THINK IT IS ONE F D DELICIOUS &DIVERSE CUISINES IN D WORLD. -THE FLAVOURS & SPICES USED IN THE SOUTHINDIAN DISHES ARE INCREDIBLY UNIQUE AND TANTALIZING, FROM THE TANGY TAMRIND IN SAMBAR TO THE FIERY HEAT OF RASAM. -I HAD A TRUELY EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE RESTAURANT STAFF MR. Hospitality is quite satisfactory. Food is good in quality. Good experience in dimple restaurant. Food is hot serverd and the guests were attended in time.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years during my visits to Vishakhapatnam. Our experience has been excellent, making it an ideal choice for a family stay. The staff are friendly, guide you, and respond quickly. The bed and linen are neat, clean, and professionally made for guest comfort. The pillows and cushions are soft and cozy. Among the room accessories, the hot water kettle is tiny. It could be larger, and the drinking water supply is inadequate. A water dispenser in the common area of the corridor is an option, or a 5-liter bottle in the room would be more convenient. If occupied by two people, a one-liter bottle is not nearly enough. Guests might hesitate to ask for additional bottles, or they would have to pay for them. Any hotel should, at the very least, provide enough drinking water. The bathroom is reasonably good, though crowded. It needs a wiper and more space inside the bath area to hang clothes. The shower is fixed, but it could benefit from an additional flexible attachment for improved use. The breakfast menu is very elaborate and sumptuous. The restaurant staff are equally helpful in attending to guests' needs and have a friendly attitude. The hotel's best aspects are its city location, upkeep, breakfast, staff, and cleanliness. There are some improvements that I suggested in the review, which is a continuous process. The quality upgrade is a management process, and reviews by guests should be carefully gone through, and improvements should be made. Some allowance should be given for early check-in/late check-out to repeat loyal guests. If charged, it should be as minimal as possible to cover costs and not to profit from the needs of guests. It should not dissuade guests from coming again
