location was nice, the main part of the room was very clean and nice looking but the bathroom was in need of a shape up. there was a huge hole in the wall which they covered up with a towel rack, the shower had cracks in it and the toilet paper was just sitting out there was no holder. the shower curtain bar was nothing but rust and the curtain itself was moldy. the “kitchen” area was also very rundown. the cabinets were filled with rust and just stunk.

Not much too like besides the manager. She was friendly and helpful. However, the property is run down and appears to used by transients. The photos on line are miss leading.

We didn’t even stay here. We left within 10 minutes because our room was so dusty we couldn’t breathe

The pictures on the app do not reflect what you will see when you arrive. So much so that when i 1st saw it i though my gps had led me astray. I tried to have hope that the inside looked better than the outside. When i opened the door the smell was indescribable. The floor was dirty. I immediately tried to turn in my key and parking pass but in the 2 minutes it took to inspect my room the lady at the front desk had disappeared.

Staff want In place had the door lock. One of the staff playing music telling us to leave when we was leaving for Check out and the crazy part that got me was there was no one in the room next to us one of the staff bamming on the room door beside us making us leave fast the staff no good need someone at the front desk at all times

They would not let my guest stay because she was Romanian. I have never witnessed such a terrible group of people in my life. There were cockroaches the size of lizards. It was truly the worst experience of my life. Then a man that was staying with the staff threatened to smack me because I was obviously angry and was unhappy with the situation.

Last minute trip to music festival on 5th street. Hotel was very close to the beach/festival. The ladies who run/operate/clean the place were amazing! They helped us with finding good food,easy directions and were extremely cool to just talk to. Hotel could use some updating but the staff were awesome

So lets start with the staff. They are amazing. Whoever the front desk woman is she rocks. She takes care of the peoperty and had a sweet personality. Now the issue is the property wasnt anythings like the pictures.which was quite disappointing. It was in such bad shape and smelled of mold. There was a huge black flying roach and tiny white bugs on the shower curtain. The walls were dirty in the kitchen. The Other things that were a plus was the TV was functioning. The bed was comfy just noises every move. Regrettably not even on my broke days would I stay again. This place is more for people who are down and out and young people who cant afford a room.Im just giving my honest opinion not to hurt the company but for them to fix the situations.
