This is the BEST BEST BEST place I ever stayed in! The people that work there are VERY professional and VERY kind always greeted with a smile and is very clean ! This nice young gentleman by the name Edgar helped me so much and is the kindest soul on earth so is his beautiful mom iris such kind hard working people :) I REALLY recommend coming here !! YOU WONT REGRET IT!! Plus the view will make u wanna stay even longer from how GORGEOUS it is

the hotel is in the process of re-modeling and it will be nice once that's completed. however for right now, the sofa was extremely uncomfortable for sleep or sitting, the cushions were totally worn out. bathtub had old rust/water stains. the personell was pleasant and I can see they are trying to improve

The whole bed moves when your body moves. There was no curtain to cover the light from the bedroom window. It was hard to fall asleep with light on. I was told the tv would be fix first thing the next morning, but never happened. I called and the lady told she would talk to the general manager who i had spoken previous and nothing happened. I was ignored. If you leave food on the counter you will find lots of ants within hours. So i hope i do get my $100 deposit i was told is refunded after you check out. We didn’t smoke or drinked or destroyed the room.

Just need better updates on maintenance its just need a lot remodeling with inside hallway n elevator building other than dat room was wonderful but not enough parking space either

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. It wasn’t clean, it sound like it was a party all night and the reason why they say no refine is because soon as you see the room, the hotel, the hallway, you going to leave. I was very upset I’m not used to staying somewhere like that. And every time you move on the bed, it made noise. It was squeaking because it was on a cot.

The staff at Sun and Sand Resort were wonderful. Extremely helpful. The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant and engaging and even later helped to park my car in a tight spot. The room was clean and very spacious. It is off season right now…so I do believe that there will be things worked on before in season is in full swing. We only stayed the weekend and didn’t need use of the kitchenette cabinetry…by one cabinet had no shelves. The furniture is definitely new…but the room could use some freshening up…which again might happen before the summer season. Location is great and the off season price was great.

The moment we arrived the Manager checked us in and was very helpful. He even helped us with the parking. He gave great customer service and made our stay very comfortable. We also loved how close we were to the beach.

Great lil getaway before Summer crowd. Everything we needed was walking distance. Close to 711 and Rite Aid too. We stayed on 5th floor which was perfect for us. Far up enough to be away from noise. Very quiet. Balcony was nice and having ocean view is always a plus. Nothing fancy but all we needed.
