Your family will be close to everything Virginia Beach has to offer when you stay at this spacious and comfortable condo, just 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. This second-floor unit is accessible by stairs and elevator and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living area, private balcony, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and dedicated work space. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms and living room have smart TVs ready to stream your favorite shows. Building amenities include a community pool, grill and outdoor shower. To ensure a great guest experience, we provide the following: - Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels - Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, drinkware, pots and pans, eating and cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker and toaster - Start-up supply of toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. - Iron and ironing board - Hair dryer - 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, small cooler and tote bag One parking pass is provided per reservation. An additional parking pass may be accommodated, subject to availability, for an additional fee of $10/night. Submit request after booking. Passes must be returned at the end of your stay. Missing or lost parking passes will result in $75 fee per pass. The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until the end of September. The pool is 3ft-5ft deep. Pool hours are 9am - 9pm. Please note that this condo is part of a smoke-fee community. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are prohibited throughout the property, including individual units and associated balconies, common areas and all outdoor areas.
