新酒店，設施現代，房間乾淨，環境安靜優美。訂房時在攜程留言要安靜的房間，入住時給的房間朝向位置都很好

Lovely hotel in lovely tranquil setting. Spa was lovely as was the grounds with a nice opportunity to walk around. Rooms very comfortable. Food was okay at restaurant and bar nothing to shout about, only negative comment was I had to wait until 3pm to each lunch on the Sunday at the bar as bottomless brunch was the only option at restaurant

The setting of the hotel is nice but it is far away from the city center of Chantilly. The hotel is good for business events / other occasions. The service at the front desk is not very attentive, I complained about two lights in the bathroom which were not working. They confirmed to fix this which did not happen. Therefore it was almost dark in the bathroom. Also the long sandy path from the reception to the pavilions is really annoying. It was most of the time raining when we were there and I ruined my shoes because of that. This should be improved.

This establishment is in a quiet setting, the room was very nice beds extremely comfortable. Staff was helpful and yet they think everyone should know everything such as suggest to park where your room is going to be, or offer to take us with the golf cart.

Hotel is very nice. The idea of pavilions and the landscape is superb especially the water stream flowing in the property. The bedrooms are nice. Food at the restaurant was very good. The location being a bit far from Chantilly is not a handicap since the village it not that vibrant in the evenings. However make sure you arrive at a time when you can check all the features of the room since the technical service is very bad; we checked in at midnight, shower is malfunctioning (only boiling water); phones were out…. So you have to walk all the way to the reception (5min walk) to ask or claim anything. The next day to our surprise, also back to hotel very late, the shower is still broken!!!!! At the end the management deducted the 2 nights (which is a minimum to my opinion and this was after they wanted to deduct only one night..). Phones remained out of service, you had to ask to replenish water bottles… off course minibar is empty, no conditionner, shower head plugged (needs simple cleaning)…. We wanted to reserve for a horse back ride, the gentleman at the reception didn’t email us back as promised nor made the effort to check other horse clubs; we had to “force them” to look one up. For the spa, they promised to email us back for availabilities but they didn’t. Concierge service at its worst. Hotel should sincerely look at their technical team and their front desk concierge service; too but for such a nice facility.

An extremely disappointing and vastly overpriced hotel we are here for a fabulous wedding at the nearby chateau. On arrival you are not able to drop off at reception but have to park some distance away in the car park. After lugging your bags to check in you then have a very considerable walk outside to your room possibly in the dark and / or rain The room was v disappointing very small and dark with no mirrors in the room itself only in the bathroom- bathroom door doesn’t close ! V difficult to do hair / make up and basically get ready for a fabulous wedding at the nearby Chateau !! The safe is inside a drawer underneath the coffee machine - the drawer doesn’t pull out far enough to actually open the safe! With the drawer open you can’t open the bathroom door A truly Stupid design . Housekeeping is v basic they didn’t take away our empty coffee/ tea cups or leave us any English breakfast tea bags ( just chamomile and verbena ) or enough creamers for coffee Also didn’t give us fresh towels or even hang up the wet ones. The spa swimming pool area is v nice - (you have to book it.) The breakfast was lovely with a v big choice . Dinner was v limited menu and expensive. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again
