I really, really enjoyed my stay here. I actually ended up making a reservation here at the last minute after leaving the hotel I originally had booked for my trip (when I arrived to find it unacceptable). I am glad that things ended up this way, because I could not have had a lovelier stay than I had here. It was an amazing week and the hotel was a big part of that. First off, the location is PERFECT. Right across from cathedral square, you are in the middle of everything. It is pretty much perfectly central to everything you want to see, a lot of restaurants, and all the historical sights. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, as well as well appointed. The bed was unbelievably comfy. (I generally prefer a firm mattress and was a little concerned about all the reviews talking about soft beds. But I had no problem at all. The bed was soft, but in a fluffy cloud on top of a firm mattress way. Not in a soggy sink into the mattress way. I slept WONDERFULLY and I am picky. So, I think if you are worried about the mattresses being too soft you will be fine). Good lighting, and you could adjust the overhead lights from beside the bed. There was a big safe (big enough for my laptop and ipad), and there were plenty of outlets. The bathroom was spacious and lovely, with good water pressure and temp, and plenty of towels! I had both a tub and a decent sized walk in shower. More extraordinary than anything else, the service here was IMPECCABLE. From the front desk, to the porters, to housekeeping, it was clear that this was a hotel with high standards and a strong desire to make the guest feel at home. It is a true old- school luxury hotel (I mean that in the best possible way possible - a throwback to an age where customer service and standards mattered!) but with modern updates. The only little hiccup was that the AC was a little weak for my liking (I was there in a heatwave where it was 85-90F out in late August/early September, and I like stuff cold). But even that was not a problem because they immediately brought me a cooling fan for the room which more than did the trick. Again, all about the service. I loved, loved, LOVED my stay here and will definitely be back.

This is one of those few hotels that live up to their reputation. It is truly a 10 / 10 hotel and earns every single of their 5 stars. First, the staff is amazing. They are well trained, courteous, helpful, and pleasant. I give the staff 100% from check-in, luggage, restaurant, and housekeeping. I would like to call out specifically James and Pavel. They are top notch at their positions and made us feel welcomed and cared for. Our room is gorgeous - beautiful balcony and view. Comfortable bed, well designed bathroom with both a soaking tub and shower. Everything you need is in this room to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is perfect; right in the center of everything. The breakfast is lovely - staff was extremely attentive. I loved this hotel and I would specifically return to Vilnius just to stay in this grand hotel.

Perfect location, large comfortable room, super friendly front desk who went out of their way to help with dinner reservations and were always helpful. Felt quite luxurious. Lovely pool kept at good temperature and little but useful gym. Also quiet - no big noisy events.

This hotel is centrally located right across from a main square and street. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. I had a top suite (room 611) with a decent view of the square. Air conditioning in the bedroom was adequate. There is a nice pool, steam room and jacuzzi with pretty convenient hours. The gym is barely adequate and should be better for a top city property; I went to Gym Plus where you can get a day pass about 4 minutes jog away on a major street within the G9 shopping center. You can go there for a trial day for free. The restaurant is good and I enjoyed dinner, breakfast and lunch there. People at the front desk spoke English and were helpful. If the hotel would up its gym game it would be close to perfect.
