It was out third stay here, and as usual the staff was superb, the heated indoor pool a bliss and the setting wonderful. But, for the price we paid we would have expected a clean room, without cobwebs and a balcony that doesn't fall to pieces. In general, the whole place needs a good lick of paint. I don't know how often we have been asked if we wanted to reserve a table for dinner. They seemed desperate, the restaurtant was everything but busy ! But algae or cow's tongue at very high prices was probably too sophisticated for us ;). We'd like to come back, but either they do some renovation work, or they have to revise their prices significantly.

I was very surprised at the romantic hide-away aspect of the ambiance. Truly delightful. Quiet, secluded. Our room was enormous (and it was a modest price). We had before dinner drinks in the bar--very comfortable and classy. What was a big plus was the wonderful restaurant with exquisite food. It was such a complete experience--I wish we had more time to spend here, but alas our trip was near its end. I would recommend this place as a romantic get-away, a honeymoon site, just a very beautiful, comfortable, civilized experience.

Bien dans l'ensemble. Bel acceuil. Mais hammam non fonctionnel. Équipement de chambre un peu ancien, pas de climatisation . Poussière et insectes. Repas gastronomique moyen. Tres belle vue à l'exterieur.

Hôtel vieillot. Moquette usée et sale dans la chambre, filet d’eau sous la douche, petit déjeuner spartiate, accueil sec et froid (sauf la jeune fille en charge du petit déjeuner qui était charmante). Nous étions dans une suite … très loin d’un 4 étoiles. Sans parler de la localisation au fin fond d’un chemin de terre derrière le camping. Bref grosse déception.

Magnifique hôtel avec un service et un accueil incroyable. Tout le personnel est au petits soins, les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et au calme. Le personnel est réactif et fait au mieux pour répondre à nos besoins. Petit déjeuner copieux, avec des produits locaux ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Enfin, le spa Thalgo et l’espace piscine, jaccuzzi et solarium sont vraiment des plus. À 7 min du centre-ville de Villers sur Mer, c’est un petit coin de paradis pour se relaxer avec le service d’un hôtel 4*. Nous reviendrons dès que possible !

Le repas du restaurant été exquis !!! Serveuse au top. Le monsieur du bar au top. Moins bien le petit déjeuné. Mais vraiment on va en garder un excellent souvenir du repas du soir. En ce qui concerne la chambre c’est le point négatif c’est qu’on a payé pour un 180x200 et ce n’était qu’un 160x200 Ça peut être bête pour certain. Mais quand on s’attend à dormir dans du grand on a hâte d’être dans le lit!!!! Et la déception. Côté piscine et jacuzzi j’aurai rajouté 2-3 degrés pour le jacuzzi aillant l’habitude d’en faire! Et massage très bien mais le sol granuleux. On pourrait y revenir mais sous certaines conditions (et surtout d’être sur d’être dans un grand lit) la somme totale était de 620€ donc bon oui j’aurai aimé ce grand lit et ne pas avoir de toile d’araignée et des insectes morts dans le lustre au dessus de notre table!

Domaine très agréable avec un beau parc, dommage que la météo n'ait pas été en notre faveur... Globalement, tout a été très bien de la chambre au restaurant, en passant par le salon très agréable. Le personnel est au top. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du spa malheureusement afin de ne pas laisser notre chien trop longtemps seul dans la chambre.
