Hôtel devenu hôtel du stade - proche sortie métro Hôtel de Ville et centre commercial - ainsi que du stade 10 min à pied - parking - prestations moyennes - chambre à minima - petit déjeuner buffet à 8€ rien d’extra juste suffisant pour démarrer la matinée.

Hotel de voleurs...pas sérieux..annule une réservation d il y a un an sous un faux prétexte pour vendre la chambre 4 fois plus chère.pour la coupe du monde de rugby. je ne suis pas la seule dans ce cas ...faisons tous remonter l info à la répression des fraudes ...des bandits

S’amuse à annuler la réservation ( passée il y a pratiquement 1 an…) pour la remettre sur le site 2 x plus chère !! Bande d’escros à nous dire par mail que l’hôtel est surchargé et/ ou en travaux ! ( par ce que oui nous étions plusieurs à avoir réservé il y a longtemps mais les excuses pour les annulations ne sont pas les mêmes…. Sinon ça vous dit quelque chose le respect ??

Chambre réservée un an à l'avance pour amener mon fils voir un match de rugby. Réservation annulée par l'hotel un mois avant la date au motif de surreservation et je constate qu'il est possible de réserver à la même date au double du prix que j'avais payé. En effet cette soirée étant celle d'un match de coupe du monde de rugby on met dehors les clients pour relouer au double du prix. On prend les clients pour des pigeons, nous sommes au sommet de la malhonnêteté. Croyez moi nous allons vous faire de la pub.

Réservation faite, suite à un événement au stade, 2 chambres pour 3 nuits, 14 mois a l’avance….1mois 1/2 avant, réception d’un mail disant que l’hôtel est en travaux et ne sera probablement pas ouvert ce WE la😤…bizarrement l’hôtel est reservable juste avant et juste après, j’en conclu qu’ils font des travaux du vendredi au lundi et uniquement ce WE la😡…. Pas très honnête comme procédé
