Unlike other units that have limited seating, there is comfortable seating for 6 to 7 in the living room. Like the bedrooms, there are unobstructed views of lands end from these rooms. There is a full kitchen complete with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer including water and ice dispenser, washer/dryer and large counter and pantry areas. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, blender, toaster and various pots, pans and utensils,Villa 2603-Balcony-One of two in all of Estancia's Two bedroom villas. All interior two bedroom villa are approximately the same size. However, the size of the balcony varies significantly. Villa 2603 is over 280 sq ft larger than other 2 bedroom villa due to the size of it's balcony. Villa 2603 has four lounge chairs which can easily be moved to various locations on the balcony so you can enjoy the views, sun or shade. It also has a separate table with 6 chairs. Most if not all other villas have only two lounge chairs and in some villa, they is very little space on the balcony.
