There are 2 large terraces with a large barbecue and parking for 5 cars.Pets are welcome, maximum 2 medium-sized (on prior request, at a cost).The villa is sunny from morning until evening.!!!10 minutes drive from the Moorish village of Comares and 5 minutes from the restaurants of Los Ventorros.Torre del Mar beach is a 35-minute drive away,Malaga is a 45-minute drive away.Pool heating is available from April 1 to November 15 for an extra charge of 190 euros per week (must be requested at least 1 week before arrival).A deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival by credit card (in the event of damage to the house), refundable 7 days after your departure.Pets are accepted subject to acceptance, at a cost of €50 per animal.Cost of air conditioning: 30 euros per week is in place for your arrival, after that you pay for what you use.
