BASEMENT - GAMES ROOM:Internal stairs from the hallway lead down to the spacious basement where there is a utility room housing the washing machine, tumble dryer and safe. There is a clothes airer. In addition, there is a large games room with table tennis, table football and an American pool table.FIRST FLOOR:The first floor balcony/studio area, which extends to a full roof top solarium, is ideal for relaxing and taking in the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean coastline.
