Abbiamo trascorso un weekend molto rilassante, gustando dell’ottimo cibo anche senza glutine. La stanza moderna ha rispecchiato i nostri gusti personali. Ci torneremo volentieri

This is a functional hotel, designed for tours, conferences or weddings, so it is not pretty. It is remote, however, and you will need your own transport: we were on a guided tour, so this was not a problem for us, but you are captive once at the hotel. Its advantage is that it is well situated for striking out to the trulli in Alberobello, the Castellana caves (spectacular), Matera (also spectacular, and where some of the scenes in Die Another Day were shot). The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was OK, although we only ate there on 2 of our 3 nights (the second night was at a local farmhouse, and was excellent). Breakfast was decent enough, with a good selection of pastries, meats and cheeses, cereals and scrambled/boiled eggs and bacon. The coffee wasn't great, but the juices (blood orange and pineapple) were refreshing, rather than the sweet squash we had elsewhere. All in all, comfortable, remote and functional, but a good base for the nearby attractions.

A good hotel with lovely rooms, very spacious. Bathrooms could do with a few extra touches like hooks for towels but no great problem. Bit out on a limb where it is situated so if like me on a tour (and they do cater for tours) then you are a bit of a captive audience. Tours can take over part of the hotel with some getting preferential treatment having sofas/tables reserved for them. The breakfast situation is a nightmare as they open at 7.30 and nearly all tours depart at 8.30 which means 200-300 people all using the facility at the same time...... they should either open much earlier so that attendance is staggered or have more serving points...one toaster and one coffee machine is completely inadequate and makes it all a bit of a bun fight.... also the evening meal everyone is served at the same time so it is really noisy and like eating in a works canteen.

Great location & staff were very friendly. The hotel is lovely and spacious & our room was a good size. We were part of Titan tours and the organisation with getting us checked in and our luggage to our rooms was excellent. The food was to a very high standard considering the numbers that were being catered for. There is no charge to use the outdoor pool but take a towel with you as there is €3 charge to use a pool one. The pool bar has limited choice but is good for a lunchtime snack and drink. If you like a hot drink in your room take a kettle. Really enjoyed our stay and the grounds are lovely with a few Trulis which you can hire. I would highly recommend.

We stayed here on a group trip with Titan Travel. We don’t normally do group trips but it seemed a good way to see Puglia. Tour Manager, driver and local guides could not be faulted. Unfortunately this hotel and the two others could. No hot water in shower on arrival, hair dryer faulty and ancient. Worst thing was distant dining room crowded with tours and reached by marching through another peaceful dining room. We felt processed, get em in, feed em get em out.

Spacious, clean room in beautiful grounds. Very good food overseen by Rocco the friendly restaursnt manager. Great cocktails served by very efficient bar manager, Piero. No public transport so you need a car.The hotel does a taxi shuttle service to Alberobello for 15 euro

This is a hidden gem. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Has trees over 800 years old and the grounds are magnificent for picture taking. The rooms were immaculate and the bar was excellent. Gigo was the man took care of us with Lemoncello and Prosecco. We asked him to surprise us with an appetizer and it was all mouth watering and typical of the region. The pool is great and there is an outdoor bar. Only had breakfasts there and everything was there and it was fresh. The pastries and cakes were delicious. Friendly staff and they even have decaf cappuccino

We had a nice stay but we’re very disappointed on several fronts. 30 euros a day pp to use the pool ??? It would have been 180 euros for our 3 days . That’s borderline criminal and you can only stay for 90 minutes - no coming and going. Then there’s weakest room internet we’ve encountered on our holiday ,the breakfast buffet never changes and they charge 3.5 euros for a cup of tea for take away. There is no in room coffee or tea setup. We expected so much better .

old and expensive hotel. hotel which is in poor condition with an exorbitant rate for the low season. ＞230€, for 80s decoration in the common areas, no equipment in the room. When booking, it was stated that the outdoor swimming pool was open, but upon arrival we were told that it is too cold. you have to pay extra to have access to the spa and the heated swimming pool… very poor value for money… to be avoided! albergo vecchio e costoso. albergo in pessime condizioni con tariffa esorbitante per la bassa stagione. ＞230€, per l'arredamento anni '80 nelle parti comuni, nessuna attrezzatura in camera. Al momento della prenotazione era stato indicato che la piscina esterna era aperta, ma all'arrivo ci è stato detto che faceva troppo freddo. bisogna pagare un extra per avere accesso alla spa e alla piscina riscaldata… rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo… da evitare!
