Beds are stiff and cold, very expensive, waste of money, and lazy / rude staff. Water from the taps was muddy. I cannot recommend staying here to anyone. Breakfast is acceptable to be fair, bit doesn't make up for the terrible night of sleep.

Excelente el hotel (fuimos por medio de intercambio de Rci). La limpieza de la habitación Excelente y la unidad en Excelente estado, la ubicación en la base del cerro es muy buena. Es de destacar la atención de la señora de la sala Kids, donde llevamos a nuestro hijo. El restaurante muy bueno. Las dos piletas muy lindas, solo podríamos objetar un poco más de limpieza al agua de la cubierta pero nada importante. Super recomendable para in en la temporada de verano. A unos 15/20 minutos del centro.

Todo muy bueno. El hotel tiene habitaciones con vistas espectaculares y un lobby y bar muy lindo. lo único que no es recomendable es el desayuno, ya que es muy pobre. El servicio diario es muy bueno y eficiente.

Los apartamentos bien equipados pero le falta mantención. Un poco antiguos. Imposible tomar el desayuno te lo ofrecen por $ 11.000 por personas !!!!! Y te cobran por todo aprovechando que vienen los extranjeros. Ojo con no manchar las toallas porque te cobran el cargo !!!

Muy bien ubicado a metros de la aerosilla. Comodo. Muy amable todo el personal. Muy bien internet. Podría mejorar en algunas cosas en las que se quedo en el tiempo. Los colchones hay que renovarlos. Los ruidos en los pasillos! Pero el promedio es alto

Volvimos al club catedral despues de nuestra primera visita. Si venis a descansar, este no es el lugar. Es febrero, si te toca uno de las unidades del piso superior hace un calor insoportable hasta que se pone el sol, o sea, no podes estar, reza que corra viento porque sino de descompones y obviamente no hay ventilador ni aire. Me imagino que ningun lugar de bariloche esta preparado para esto. Sacando eso, a las 12 de la noche viene el basurero que hace un ruido importante hasta que se va, a esa misma hora supongo yo que un empleado con el escape libre se va del complejo, ademas del ruido del extractor que es bastante molesto. La comida es buena, y los precios parecidos a lo que cobran en la base del cerro, 4 a 5 mil por cabeza. El wifi es inexistente, muy malo. quizas tenia muy altas las expectativas porque uno siempre supone que la cosa mejora, pero en este caso no. Todo mal

Localização perfeita para esquiar, estrutura do hotel muito bonita e bem conservada, quartos antigos mas grandes e funcionais e bem mantidos. Servico de restaurantee concierge horrivel. Comida bem ruim, servico demorado e confuso. Concierge atrapalhado e incapaz. Nao conseguem marcar um taxi. Estrutura maravilhosa, operada porcamente. Uma pena ...

O hotel está localizado no pé do Cerro Catedral. É realmente muito perto. Para quem vai esquiar, é ótimo. Eu fui no verão e adorei a região. Mesmo sendo longe do centro, o hotel fica bem localizado para fazer os passeios. Fiquei numa acomodação com 2 quartos, sala, cozinha. Estava bem equipado, porém o banheiro estava bem sujo. Acredito que estava fechado há algum tempo e não verificaram antes da minha chegada. Tinha bastante poeira. Informei na recepção e tudo foi resolvido. Meu marido tem dificuldade de locomoção, então tivemos alguns contratempos para chegar até o quarto. Novamente a recepção se prontificou a nos trocar de quarto. Somente tomamos café no hotel 1 dia, e é bem fraco pelo preço e serviço prestado (o atendimento dos garçons foi terrível!). Como tínhamos cozinha, preferimos fazer nosso próprio café. Já o jantar foi espetacular! Comida excelente, bom atendimento e preço atrativo. O hotel é antigo mas estava muito bem cuidado. A piscina é boa, bem quentinha. A sauna também atendeu bem. Eu voltaria mais vezes!
