Park Hotel Viljandi

It is a clean hotel with kind staff. Location is a silent place. It will be my next choice again if I go there

Very friendly and helpful staff, and a very clean and trendy hotel in a beautifully renovated old building. Also the room and all the common areas were very pleasant. All in all, this made my trip a really good experience. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone.

Staying at the Park Hotel in Viljandi made my stay in that picturesque town particularly delightful. The staff were absolutely polite, genuinely caring and helpful, and in that regard I would like to especially commend Gedy-Ly in the restaurant, as well as Kersti and Edmond at the Reception Desk, who made us feel very much at home. We were given an upgrade on our room as soon as we arrived, and it was very clean, comfortable and quiet throughout our three-day stay. The breakfast served each day was very good indeed, in particular the scambled eggs, bacon, croissants and jam. If I were to visit Viljandi again, I would stay at the Park Hotel again without hesitation.

Nice beds. Even nicer bedding. Like at home. Rich breakfast. Silent. Each room is different. Free parking in front of the house and on the side. Castle hills and cafe Fellin within walking distance. Viljandi Museum and Trepimägi are neighbors, from where the stairs lead directly to the lake.

Excellent, excellent, excellent - service, cleanliness, location, breakfast, room equipment. You can enjoy dinner at the same hotel or visit one of the best cafes in Viljandi - Fellin that is a 5- minute- walk away. Very good price and quality ratio. If you go to Viljandi, stay at Park Hotel

Hotel is brilliant - nice, clean, boutique, in the center of Viljandi, nice breakfast. Everything could be worth of 5 x stars.. but almost all windows are located to bell tower in front (around 40 m' away). And bells ding each 30 min, day and night, no silence hours. So - if you like to sleep during night - take another hotel.

Cosy, clean, quiet hotel and really nice location! Excellent for a short or longer stay. The lake is close with good trails for walks or biking. Small Köler park nearby and area full of historic buildings! Breakfast also really great. Parking for free in front of the hotel!

A converted building attractively renovated. The room was well appointed and nicely decorated. Just missed having tea/coffee facility in the room. Very friendly staff on the front desk. Lift available for those that need it. A very nice town to visit and very clean.

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the Old Town of Viljandi, which is very lovely, indeed. My room was comfortable and air-conditioned. The design was stylish and well-thought-through. The sleepwear and furniture were of good quality. The bathroom with shower was top-notch. The fried fish dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The lobby lounge was small and simple, yet comfortable and the staff was friendly, unobtrusive, and helpful. Overall this place was clean, remarkably quiet and the atmosphere was tranquil and laid-back. There is free parking next to the entrance. A few critical remarks - the breakfast was somewhat basic and the coffee didn't taste well. Never could finish my cup. The slowly operating elevator perhaps was a boon as it made me exercise on the stairs. There was either an empty minibar or a bonus refrigerator in the room - it depends on how to see it.
