Las instalaciones están muy bien, habitación amplia y cómoda, las comidas bastante buenas, el servicio del restaurante podrían ser un poco más agradables. En general buena estancia.

This hotel is not worth your money! They don’t cater for big groups and they dislike the English as it is prodomently a spanish hotel. You CANNOT leave your sunbed for more then half an hour whether this be your going for lunch or even a dip in the pool! if you are more than half an hour or less if your english they will remove your towel of the sunbed. I understand this and think it’s great for people reserving sunbeds at half 6 in the morning to stop the so called “sun bed wars” but when you have booked all inclusive and you can’t even leave the sunbed to enjoy your lunch instead you are constantly checking the clock to see how long you’ve been and eating very quickly. The staff within the hotel are confrontational and rude and they didn’t once approach us nicely to ask about the amount of sunbeds and where the other guests have been instead they approached us and were straight away rude which of course meant we were rude back. From this moment we constantly felt like we were being watched and even had security approaching us. We complained and had meetings with the hotel managers in regards to the way we were treated as a big group of 21 but once again nothing was resolved. Don’t bring your kids to his hotel if your kids want to have fun in the pool as you aren’t aloud to do anything but swim! No diving, no throwing your young children in, no “rough play” and you even can’t wear a t-shirt in the pool if your child gets easily sunburnt! To top it all off i became very ill by the end of the holiday only to realise there was mould coming out of the air con vents. Spent the whole last day in bed sleeping due to this. Once again complained to Tui regarding this and recieved nothing but a sorry in return which isn’t good enough when you have paid a lot of money for this resort. Do NOT waste your money on this holiday there are plenty other resorts that will make you feel welcomed and show you respect.

I first visited Estival Park as a child in 2009 with my parents and came once again in 2011 with them also. This year I returned with my parents and my fiance. We stayed for 11 nights all inclusive at a cost of around £1,400 per person with TUI. Overall, we had a nice holiday but it wasn't worth the price in my mind. I will detail the positives and negatives below. The rooms: The rooms were big enough, with two single beds pushed together, a large desk, chair and well sized bathroom. The room itself was nice aside from the temperature of the shower being difficult to control, if moved slightly to the warmer side within a few minutes it would be uncomfortably hot. The wardrobe provided is large and has more than enough space for clothes, however we did realise that on one of the doors the sliding mechanism did not work properly along the bottom which we had to contact maintenance to be fixed. To the hotels credit it was fixed within the hour. Overall can't really fault the room apart from the shower. The food: Firstly I would like to say the snack bar which was available between 11-7 was excellent, with burgers, hot dogs, chips and nuggets available throughout the day. I can't fault breakfast, however lunch and tea created issues for us. For me and my dad it wasn't a problem as we have always been very easy to feed. However for my mother who has dietary requirements and my fiance who is autistic (and therefore is unable to eat some foods due to sensory issues) the options were limited. Often times there was not enough for them to eat which meant we had to go out to find a meal elsewhere. This is a shame as the food was generally very nice (especially the deserts which are excellent) but it is worth baring in mind for those with young children, dietary requirements or fussy eaters. All inclusive drinks were good in terms of soft drinks with the big brands available. In terms of alcohol it was a mixed bag. Self service beer was nice but the machine was a little tricky at first for those who haven't worked in pubs before. I did not try the sangria but the cocktail machine (the only free cocktails available) on more than one occasion had cocktails come out warm which was unfortunate. Years ago there also used to be a swim up bar but this was not available. Pool: The pool area in the hotel we were in was pretty big, with two separate areas with one being shallower than the other. It could accommodate everyone which was great. However the rules were applied inconsistently. My dad dived in on the first day and was whistled at by the life guard in a friendly "don't do that again" manner. He did not do it near any other pool users but if the general rule was just no diving then that would have been fine. My issue is that plenty of other people dived into the pool, in plain view of the lifeguards but nothing was said to them. Went with our 13 year old daughter. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in, needed a bit of TLC, smelt a bit musty. One of the wardrobe doors was broken. Balcony is nice and roomy. Food was OK, but the chicken was under cooked on a few occasions. Plenty to choose from the Salad section, which is my favourite and the dessert section was nice too. The pool was OK, but not allowed inflatables , which we were a bit disappointed with. We always got a sunbed, but if you leave your towels on them for longer than 30mins, when not using them, you get towels removed, which is a bit harsh around lunchtime. I totally understand if you leave your towels then go off for a couple of hours, but 30mins seems a bit of a short time.

The positives The hotel is generally clean, orderly and the food is pretty good. Great position and hot on not allowing people to hog loungers. The negatives The beds need toppers The cleaners don’t sweep the rooms Half board did not include the gym which was E10 to go No real info from the hotel on what was included or not with our stay.

I was not happy with Hotel at all, very outdated, Pool too small, not enough sunbeds which caused a few issues, unfriendly ( I’m being diplomatic) life guard, not able to accommodate large groups. All the bad reviews I read before going were sadly justified. Not 4* in my opinion. Food was repetitive and cheap cuts of meat eg pigs jaw stew, pigs trotter salad, bulls tail stew. On a positive note they always had pizza and fresh salad , nice desserts and fresh rolls ,pastries and cheese . I had 3 really nice evening meals in the 10 days we were there, a friend had recommended Estival park but she stayed in the self catering apartments and had a great time. My sister booked with On the beach and paid £200 less but had much nicer Hotel 2 we were in Hotel 1 . Good location as it’s opposite the beach ( which is pretty much a building site atm) a few nice restaurants and shops near by. Evening entertainment was excellent
