Paradores de Vigan

I would sum up our stay as wholesome, comfortable and worry free experience. Our breakfast was promptly delivered to our room (Presidential Suite) every 8:30 am. The staff was attentive to our needs. Our 2 bedroom suite was big enough to accommodate 5 people. The room was clean and well organized with a kitchenette. One of our friends had a horrible medical emergency on our first night of stay. Everyone on the night shift assisted us with so much care and attention through the whole ordeal ( provision of wheelchair and transport to and from the hospital, etc. ) Grateful to the entire staff, especially Mark, manager, Donna, supervisor, Ariel, night shift Security and Driver, Tiffany and Micah. Truly a 5 Star Customer Service!.

Staff friendly, accommodating. Breakfast is excellent! Presidential suite , BAD! air-condition is noisy. Bathroom/ toilet in Masters Rm flooded. Night maintenance was called, couldn't fix problems. No compensation offered. Spent too much for this kind of accommodation. Location is good. Regular rms clean. ( we occupied 2 regular rms and 1 Presidential suite).

This was our second time to visit Vigan as a family and our first time to stay at Panadores De Vigan, and we are so very glad that we did! The staff are friendly and helpful from booking all the way to our departure. They even went out of their way to find out if the local coffee shop would be open since it was a holiday when we arrived. We were greeted with warm and friendly demeanor, and we were able to check-in earlier (1245PM). It's located near some of the popular tourist spots, restaurants yet it's quiet. We also did not hear any noise coming from the other rooms or guests. Our rooms were on the second floor. They were clean, pleasant, lots of room and complete with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and we had the best sleep during our stay. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but it was immediately fixed. Our breakfast was served on time as requested. Our rooms were cleaned during our stay. Just a couple of minor improvements: The water pressure in the shower could be stronger and maybe have the bathroom door fixed (we had to push it really hard for it to close). Recommendation/Suggestion: Provide a water dispenser in the room for added comfort. Two water bottles were provided for free and refilled the next day, but it would be nicer to have access to a water dispenser inside the room rather than having to buy and carry water bottles from the store whenever we went out. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, and I definitely recommend them especially for families and big groups. By the way, they are right across the street from the famous First Sinangloa (they're open as early as 6AM). A few blocks from the public market where we bought bagnet and longganisa for our "pasalubong". The parking was a big plus! They have ample parking for their guests.

An overdue review. This hotel is highly recommended. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. One can either take a leisurely walk or take a tricycle to Calle Crisologo. The only hotel I know in Vigan with an elevator which is advantageous if there is an elderly guest. From booking a room to checking in up to checking out, the hotel staff were polite and prompt in their service. A special thanks for the extra mile service of giving us extra complementary bottled water. Our room was quite spacious and plated breakfast is served inside our room. After a tiring trip from Manila, it was indeed a comfortable stay.

We had a great time in Paradores de Vigan. Di kami nagkamali na dito kami nagbook. Napaka accommodating ng mga staff. And what i like the most is the mini garden at the center of the lobby. Very child friendly 🙂 i really recommend this place, babalik kami. 🙂

Excellent service, staff are helpful, clean and friendly, room are spacious, clean and comfortable beds. definitely a must see hotel in Vigan. I love that the room have fridge loaded with ice and huge couch to relax.
