Ottima ubicazione, a due passi dall'eliporto e poco distante dal centro. Comoda la piscina, anche se piccola. Non sono stati molto disponibili al deposito bagagli per un paio di notti (nel caso facciate una gita di una notte o più alle tremiti dovrete portarte tutto con voi)

I was there for 14 holidays wity my wife, fantastic hotel, rooms always perfect clean without any mistake details, never missed any service, staff very kindly and always available to support on all necessities. Breakfast choise very big with sweets and salt, many choises and team carefull.

I can’t see where were the 4 stars???? Starts with that the hotel seems to be only for Italian customers as no one could speak English. Toilet was poorly cleaned. During our stay (4 days), our room was cleaned only once. Mini bar (fridge) not working at all. There isn’t iron available, not even if you ask Recepction for one. There was dusty everywhere. No wifi available, even reception while trying to use my own data was not working. TV not working. Swimming pool has restricted opening times (9:30am to 12:30 - 3:30pm to 6:30pm). Food some days was ok but could have some improvements. Mainly pasta, no salad available on the menu. If you want to have a coffee while having dessert, you will be told that they don’t serve coffee in the restaurant. It feels like that the place is stuck in the 90s. The hotel is also quite far from the beach.

Arredamento da pensione due stelle, condizionatori anni ottanta, utilizzata come dormitorio forze dell’ordine hanno dimostrato pessima attenzione alle esigenze dell’ospite! Da evitare, arrivando da Riccione la differenza a parità di stelle è abissale!

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile h24. Offre numerosi servizi e convenzioni per quanto riguarda le escursioni alle grotte, passaggio marittimo per le isole tremiti o per la spiaggia. L’unica cosa che consigliamo è di rifinire alcuni dettagli per quanto riguarda le camere quali le maniglie del bagno che nel nostro caso erano traballanti e alcune prese che necessitavamo manutenzione. Posto vicino al lungomare e al centro e soprattutto tranquillo.

Cucina molto buona e variegata, ottimi primi piatti, dal pesce alla carne. Personale molto disponibile e simpatico. Da ritornare e consigliare sicuramente per una buona vacanza.Ottima anche la pulizia e come si presenta

Ottimo incontro tra qualità/prezzo, struttura disponibile per ogni esigenza, personale in sala e direttore in sala sono estremamente preparati, cortese e molto disponibili. La struttura è perfetta per famiglie, persone da sole e per coppie.
