Location is really good.

The staff were polite and friendly but baby cot was horrible and dirty and so had to co sleep with my 2 month old and husband for 3 nights which wasn’t fun .

Really not happy the cleaning. Or the bad condition of the cot . It was covered it dark brown marks which I hope was just chocolate but either way couldn’t put my 2 month old baby in it and so sleep was a very big issue . The room it self carpet full of stains bedding had hair on it . Really not great but I have to say the lady at reception was very lovely and helpful .

Room too small, hard to move arround

겉보기엔 전체적으로 깔끔한 분위기였지만 샤워부스 곳곳에 곰팡이 자국이 많이 있어 씻을 때마다 불쾌했습니다. 비즈니스 호텔 2인실로는 적당한 크기 같았지만 간이침대를 두고 3인이 사용하기에는 불편함이 많았습니다. 공간이 협소하여 그런지 2인 침대 발 아래쪽에 놓여있었고, 길이도 짧아 키가 160보다 큰 경우에는 많이 불편할 것 같았습니다. 직원분들은 모두 친절하셨고, 체크인이나 체크아웃 과정에 어려움은 없었습니다. 위치는 중심지와 조금 떨어져 있어도 서역 바로 근방이며 기차, 지하철, 트램이 여러 노선이 있어 이동하기 편리해 여행에 큰 어려움은 없었습니다. 역 대각선 방면으로 큰 길가에 있어 밤중에 이동해도 안전했으며, 기차역 안쪽에는 늦게까지 하는 작은 마트와 패스트푸드 음식점들이 있어 편리했습니다.

Location is great, 5 minutes off Westbahnhof. However, the room was not up to standard. It had disastrous ventilation. Windows and doors were not sound proof, we kept hearing people shouting on the street or talking in the corridor. Shower does not equip with anti splash thingy, thus water just flew everywhere on the floor. Hairdryer is extremely weak. Bed sheets were okay, but I saw a stain underneath. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Location was very good. Breakfast was superb.

Hôtel idéalement situé près des lignes de trams et de metro, à quelques minutes du centre ville Très bon accueil et service Chambre cibfortable, propre Petit dejeuner qui vaut le prix J'y retournerai si je reviens dans cette tres belle ville de Vienne

大床房房間不大，但是一個人住完全夠了，兩個人也算可以。乾淨整潔，位置方便，離重要火車站也就三四公里，早餐豐富，就是10：35的時候就有服務員敲門催退房了。

This was a good choice. It is a bit out of the main town but that is reflected in the price. It is near a ubahn and the westbanhoff and a pedestrian street with lots of stores and restaurants etc. There is a lobby area and a lounge on the top floor where you can spread out if the room is too small for you to work etc. The bathroom is a frosted sliding door which makes the double rooms onky suitable for thise that are very close. There is a fridge. A good Austrian restaurant across the street with nice lunch specials.

War 3 Nächte dort wegen beruflicher Termine. Negativ war, dass der Fön kaputt war und ich 2 Tage fragen musste, damit jemand kam. Aufzüge sind alt und es dauert. Ich hatte mein Kulturbeutel vergessen und bat es mir postalisch zu senden. Erst mal dauerte es Stunden telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Dann schrieb man mir ich sollte einen Kurier veranlassen. Das Hotel könnte es nicht machen. Wie soll das gehen wenn ich woanders lebe. Das Hotel war nicht behilflich und reagiert nicht mehr auf Mails. Schade, sollte man nicht von dem Hotel erwarten. Für mich Gründe künftig andere Hotels beruflich zu wählen. Das ist sehr enttäuschend. Ein Hotel dieser Größe sollte hier Kunden helfen. Das Hotel schafft es nicht mal meinen Namen zu schreiben. Nur ein ‘Hallo’. Mehr stand da nicht. Merkwürdig
