Bad hotel experience in Austria. We arrived on time to check in but the room is not ready. Delayed for the hotel check in really waste our time. Bad attitude staff and untrained. Really disappointed and I don’t really recommend it.

Hotel is 6 minutes away from the Palace and the train station, it has a huge seating area within the reception area, three lifts to the rooms which are spacious, clean and modern. We had a room with a balcony which is great as the weather was very nice. There are complimentary drinks in the fridge on the first night stay and a free cookie at the reception. My partner and I ventured out all day on the two nights stay there and we managed to get to loads of historical places and landmarks with the use of the very reliable train service. I would also recommend that a day saver ticket or longer if you’re planning on being in Vienna for a while due to the money saved. Vienna is a beautiful place and I’d recommend the hotel to get to see some of the attractions..

Room is so Good And Bed is very Nice . the bathroom had a bathtub which was nice. The staff was friendly.

I recently stayed at Hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was nice and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. What stood out to me the most was their room service offering, particularly their delicious burgers. Being able to enjoy such tasty food from the comfort of my room was a fantastic perk. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and tasty room service options.

It’s my first time booking Double-tree hotel. It didn’t disappoint cuz the goal is to stay near Schonbrunn palace and this hotel is only 6 mins walking distance! Our room is neat, modern design meets comfort. Most of all, hotel staff are friendly and accomodating.

We always stay in this place but last time we need to wait to get room sandal until the next morning. The Lotion were empty and also the conditioner

I am glad that I have experience staying in this hotel. Nice location, very clean, big room with comfortable bed. The hotel staff polied, friendly and helpful.

Expand the visit to Vienna, will recommend this hotel ever if you want to visit here although limited places for you to visit.... Anyway, people here are professional!

Hotel was fairly new, design was beautiful and staffs were friendly. Easy access to transportation and sincere surroundings.

the service was overall very nice. the room looks very modern with dim and comforting lightings.

It's a bit far from the central area, but we used tram and I don't feel inconvenience. It's nice stay, thanks!

Hotel is very nice located near the palace. Easy to get to city center. Breakfast was very good.
