Cute older building with updated and renovated apartment perfect for our stay in Vienna for four days. Easy access to multiple tram lines as well as a train line, just across a cute park with playground. AC worked great, with shared, free laundry. Just lovely!

Loved staying at the Kaiser Raphael apts. The entrance to the apts is somber and there are a few stairs to the lift but the apts are bright and clean and comfortable. Location is great, a quiet neighbourhood, and a pleasant 10-15 min walk into the old city. There’s a nice bakery just a minute’s walk away ,a Billa supermarket about 5 mins up the road and on Tabor Strasse near the dm store is a pickup point for the yellow bus blue line. Would recommend staying here.

This was our third visit to Rafael Kaisers Apartment Canyon in Antonigasse. Everything was excellent as always. The terrace is a great plus. The kitchen area is quite small .But have pots and pans a four heat hob and a proper oven and dishwasher. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is very good. The area is really nice. Billa and Hofer supermarkets five minutes walk away. The U6 station and the tram 42 even less time away. Highly recommended.

We spent the best part of a week recently - in Apartment No. 8. Finding the place was easy as it is only a stones throwaway from the underground station Michebeueren AKH (Allgemeine Krankenhaus). Perfect for getting around town! You gain access to the building though a key in a key safe, the number of which you receive in advance by email. Our high ceilinged apartment was on the first floor, accessible both by stairs & a modern lift. The hallway lead to a separate WC with extractor fan. There was also a kitchen/dining room area with a fully fitted kitchen, large, solid wooden table to seat 6 guests and a rather stained grey sofa bed. We'd recommend replacing that - it has certainly seen better days. The kitchen included a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and oven. We mainly used the coffee machine (Nespresso capsules) and fridge. The bathroom was compact, with a very good, modern shower, sink, hairdryer and washing machine. We had two large bedrooms with double beds and flat screen TVs. The corner bedroom also had a comfortable sofa bed. We'd recommend adding a coffee table in here for use when watching the TV on the sofa in here. We didn't use the air conditioning here - it wasn't necessary in late September. We didn't need much help with servicing the flat whilst we were there. However, we called the local office to see if we could check out a little later and were told that this wouldn't be a problem as the next guests would only be arriving the next day. So, instead of rushing out at 11:00 we remained until ca. 14:00. Thanks! In summary we were delighted with this place - modern, very clean and more than big enough for the two of us. And given the proximity to local public transport (U-Bahn & tram) we found the location to be surprisingly good. Oh, and there are two supermarkets within easy walking distance here!

All inclusive for comfortable and enjoyable stay. 3min walking distance from public transport, easy and fast check in, comfy beds, cleaness level 100, nice views, ideal surroundings, near by grocery shops. Equipped to feel like home.

There in not a perfect/good matching with the foto from ***********. The fotos from the website is not in concordance with the reality, but the quality is good. There are not: Electric kettle, Toaster, Drying rack for clothing. Seating Area, Dining table, and Kitchenette are in the same room. Satellite channels (a lot of programmes are not available), there are programmes in English and French (not so many). Free toiletries: only shampoo and soap. The management of this apartment send a lot of email which stress a lot. You must fill the date for check-in before the accommodation. The watter is only in first day, in our case it was not watter (after a discussion in second day they give us watter in botle). Airport shuttle: there is no this service, only public transport and taxi (including UBER). Terrace: Only in certain apartments (pay attention!). WC is separate of Bathroom. Clean service is only 1/3 days.
