when we checked in, they said didn't find our bookings, but we booked it and paid in through *******, finally they settled the issue by giving us a room, luckily we no need to find another hotel at night (which is already after 9pm, but because of the issue, we spend at least an extra half hour at the lobby. The room looks ok, however, the drainage of the shower is very very slow, it cause flooding, and we need to turn off the water during the shower in order to let the water drained first before we can continue the shower, otherwise I am afraid the flooding will come out to the room, and it's so cold if turn off the hot water during the shower, so poor. There is kettle in the room you can boil water.
