There was building work outside the hotel, three large cranes. We were woke up at 7 every morning with the building work, very noisy.

Breakfast was very nice, the personnel very lovely the only minor complaint is the construction site next door. Very close to public transportation. I would stay there again!

Other than a rather good location near to Westbanhof, the service & rooms @ Apollo were not fantastic. I stayed in room 503 where the toilet windows overlooked a construction site. Requested for extra pillows & bottled water since check in, gave daily reminders to reception but still did not receive them when i checked out. Pillow was way too flat & soft. Breakfsst options were extremely limited for Asians - better to go elsewhere for breakfast

Much smaller room than I expected but overall well maintained and in a great location.

Maybe you may not get a fancy , luxury accommodation, but you will welcomed with huge smile makes you feel like your home. Thank you, we will come back again.

Great property in a convenient location despite the building work going on opposite. However this didn't spoil or disturb our stay. Breakfast was great with an excellent choice. Only gripe. The tv remote was missing on the first night. Reported to reception, replaced later in the day with one that didn't work. Reception unmanned by the time we returned. Couldn't be bothered chasing it up for the last night. Other than this slight issue, had a great stay. Would recommend.

Perfect location, nice and clean rooms. The breakfast has the same standard as a two star hotel. Overall a good experience. The service was not that great or “wow” which I would expect when the hotel only has 27 rooms.
We did get great service from the woman who worked in the reception on the 17th at 11 am tho. You should hire more people like her! :)

A very lovely and cozy hotel in Vienna! Has great options for transportation to the central Vienna as it's located very close to the "Westbahnhof" station. Very clean rooms and has all that you need really. The hotel had a nice breakfast with a lot to choose from as well. 10/10 would recommend.
