Hotel is good for its price and good location. But not have air conditioner and rooms are old.

If you are looking for a classic design room in a family run boutique hotel right on the edge of the central zone walking district then this is for you. The room & beds were pretty & comfortable. Despite our room being right across from the breakfast room, it was quiet. A little noise from the street but it died down early & windows closed were OK. Breakfast in the morning was in a sunny room with a balcony as well. There was the usual full Europe spread with scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage. The hotel is the 2 upper floors so the entrance is barely noticeable locked door with a buzzer next to a champagne bar - the front does have a Aviano Hotel sign. Inside there are 5 steps up & then a lift the rest of the way. If coming by taxi best to say the Ambassador Hotel & you'll be let out a very short 75 steps from this hotel's door. Being just in the walking zone, if you just say Aviano you might get let off several blocks on the other side of the zone instead. This is a friendly place in a great location run by nice people. I would gladly stay here again - in fact I did when I came back through a few weeks later.

Let's start from the staff. The lady in the reception is very kind, helpful and polite, i could say that she's very good at welcoming the guests and making them feel at home. Rooms are spacious and very warm, big and quiet. Comfortable beds, and you can handle the heating by yourself, as you want. Perfect location to explore the city. Breakfast under payment as an extra. I was glad to see and confirmed that during my stay they started some renovations in some of the rooms, about equipment, etc. I was happily surprised overall and will be back again when visiting Vienna.

We where at aviano for New year's eve period, the hotel couldn't be more central next to all important landmarks. The service is amazing, the receptionist Sonia is an angel, so informed, so helpful, all staff where amazing. I will return thank you for a lovely stay

Top Location right in the heart of innerstradt. Extremely helpful and always smiling staff. They go the extra mile to help you. We wanted to cook home made food and given an access to the hotel kitchen briefly which was amazing. Felt like home away from home

The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The offered directions and assisted with parking options. But the property is very outdated. The chairs are threadbare and stained. Tiles in the bathrooms are broken. It’s also a little hard to find and to get your luggage up to your room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Very central location with easy access to all the main sites.Rooms quiet and very clean. Staff exceptionally helpful with directions, information and also recommendations for restaurants. We didn’t try the breakfast that is available.

I really wanted to like this hotel. It is small, intimate, privately owned with a great location on the third and fourth floors of a multiuse building. The rooms have a lot of character. It got very good reviewed from a travel book that I use all the time (RS). Upon arrival we immediately noticed a musty odor. The room smelled dusty. We had large windows and the room was very sunny. However, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the carpet was ripped and a trip hazard. Both my wife and I had severe allergy symptoms during our stay and needed to take medication for this. Honestly I would avoid this hotel until it has gone through a refresh.
