Very nice boutique hotel, each room have a unic design. We loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea we definitely feel like home! Management is super helpful and kind definitely recommend it

We stayed at Hotel Altstadt for three nights. What a wonderful experience! The hotel is beautifully designed and appointed - a lovely mix of old architecture and eclectic art and decor. The room was comfortable and pretty with nice amenities and I appreciate the eco responsibility the hotel embraces. Breakfast, tea time, and evening snacks were all delicious, plentiful, and imaginative. The real star of the hotel is hospitality; each and every staff person from reception to maintenance to food service - all absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we loved this boutique hotel. I strongly believe the staff make it so incredible. Annabelle and MIlena were so sweet. The breakfast was my favorite from all countries we visited. The rooftop is charming and each room is unique. It’s a museum. I can’t wait to bring my hubby next time.

Loved this hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was so friendly and accommodating - particularly Lotte who quickly determined our likes and made recommendations to pair. Rooms are very spacious and housekeeping team was exceptional. Very near a number of nice restaurants.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while I was at a conference. This is a truly outstanding hotel with amazing service, comfortable rooms with all of the amenities needed, as well as a great location near the museum district. Tea Time in the afternoon is outstanding! I’ve traveled around the world for business and pleasure and this is one of my top 5 hotels.

Great service at checkin/checkout! Comfortable bed/dark at night. Spacious, clean bathroom and sleeping room. Beautiful breakfast rooms and complete breakfast options that are replenished thruout breakfast hours. Very nice rooftop balcony! Underground, secure parking at additional reduced cost is about 10m walk away but has in/out priveleges.

This truly is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are amazing, rooms are quirky and gorgeous and location was great. Beds were so comfy. Will certainly stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

We stayed in the United Nations Suite, which was huge and perfect for me, my husband and two kids. We loved the room. In addition, the staff here was SO lovely! They were kind and helpful and just really wonderful any time we had a question or concern. And the breakfast was great too!
